This is by far the best home-style breakfast brunch I have ever had. The chicken fried steak is beyond delicious, as is all of the food on the menu. The staff has great energy and is always consummate professionals. God Bless and Have A Great Week.

Don't let the Lowes food shopping center location fool you. Banks Grill has something rare: a 100 percent NC restaurant sanitation rating! Great food: real egg omelettes stuffed with fresh toppings, thick bacon, creamy grits that need nothing added, light biscuits served with three jams. Got the cinnamon roll with pecan praline sauce - amazing! Yes, it's $7.95 but the portion is ample enough to share. Friendly service, reasonable wait time and pricing. We paid more for less food at a dinner place the night before. First time here, and we were not disappointed!

Worth the wait! It was busy, we put in our name, the friendly hostess handed us a pager and waited about 30min.Once seated, service was awesome, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent! Huge biscuits with sausage gravy, thick slices of bacon on the side. YUM! My husband LOVED his Steak and Eggs Shack plate! Prices were very reasonable for large portions. We will most definitely return! If you are visiting or live in the area local, be sure to visit this adorable gem with family vibes and great food!

We always stop on our way out of town after our visit the beach. Food is always good. Service is always good. Expect to wait if they say that the weight is 45 minutes that means it’s truly 45 minutes. There is a separate bar if you want to grab drinks while you wait.

Grits were the best I’ve ever had, so creamy! I would highly recommend!! Overall a great experience the only thing I would change is there was one lady working at the front register and we waited 15 minutes in line to pay while she answered the phone and checked people out but there were 3 girls at the host stand who probably could have answered the phone to get the check out line through quicker.
