I ordered a sliced ham and turkey platter for 15 people. When it was picked up I called because I thought it may have been the wrong order because there was no way this would be enough meat for 15 people. I spoke to the employee who made the platter. She verified I had the right one. She said yes because she herself made the platter. I asked how much meat was actually on the platter. She said 1.5 pounds of turkey and 1.5 pounds of ham. A total of 3 pounds. That is 3.2 ounces of meat per person. There is no way that is enough per person. For $120+ for the platter I would never recommend!!!

The Website states the hours from 10am to 3pm on Saturday. I reserved a ham portion for Saturday. I'll spare you the details of my schedule and how that aggravates the whole situation. Suffice it to say I arrived at 10am and the door was locked. I waited till 10:20 and gave it 10 more minutes before I left. I also called the store and the message, although recorded for Thanksgiving, said after Thanksgiving day they would be open normal hours, 10-3. Alas, a car pulled up and the person walked up to the door, unlocked it, and went in. I thought it myself it would be irritating if I barged in so I gave it another 10 minutes or so knowing I was compromising my schedule. I walked to the door and sadly was met with vitriol and distain. Was told they were closed and would not open til 11:00. I kindly reminded the person of their stated hours both online and voice message and to cancel the order. The "look" . Oh that telling "look". Wasn't oozing with concern. So I left never to return to that store. I did however make time to go by the store in Rocky Mount where I was treated with respect and they made an exception to get me a ham. I love their ham. Just not "the look".

Spent 20 bucks on 3 very lack luster sandwiches. The sandwiches were made incorrectly and on the wrong bread. The employees were very nice but we will not be doing anymore business here.

It is the crazy holiday season! I stood in line with everyone ordering their hams for Thanksgiving, looking forward to a tavern club sandwich. I just moved here and I haven't been to a HoneyBaked Ham company for a long time. I was treating myself today. I received my order and it happened to be the wrong sandwich and I was upset at first because I hate getting what I didn't pay for but I walked back up to the register and spoke with someone in the back and they promptly corrected my order and gave me an extra treat for the error. Under normal circumstances I would have rated them just for getting my order wrong and scoring them lower. If it were not for the person who remade my sandwich and I don't know the gentleman's name but he was so kind and so apologetic that I really appreciated the good customer service. It's rare today and I just want to make it clear that I am grateful for every human being that is working today because they don't have to work! Nobody has to work anymore because they get compensated for being home which is ridiculous and appalling but I digress... I want to say thank you to the gentleman who remade my sandwich. You're doing a great job and your customer service is exemplary! So thank you for being here today. I appreciate you!

I called from Canada to order a deli tray for our cousin who’s wife had passed. Spoke with Alison who was lovely and helpful in suggesting what would be best to send. The transaction was very smooth and if needed I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Alison❤️❤️

Terrible service ! Tried to order a ham because out of town and they would not let me ...... kept telling me I had to come in person ! I explained I was out of town and I could pay with a credit card and they said they couldn't do that !!' Will not do business there again !!!!

Had a great sandwich for lunch. Meat and veggies were fresh and tasty. The employee was friendly and the service was fast. The store was clean and everyone was wearing masks and gloves. Great place for a quick lunch.
