Wendys has really changed over the years. I haven't eaten at Wendy's in many years but decided to give it a try to change up my normal I was extremely shocked at how much better the breakfast is. It will be my go to for breakfast biscuits now if they don't go up on prices. I ate breakfast at Wendy's cheaper than McDonald's and it was really good! I grabbed dinner there a few days later just to try their normal menu and it was a thousand times better now vs years ago when I stopped eating at Wendy's. I will definitely be eating here as a regular now. Great good and great service for breakfast.

Ordered on the app. Went to go pick up through drivethrough.. got pulled around with about 6 or 7 other vehicles. To keep theyre numbers up they pull you around the building. By the time I got my food the nuggets was cold and not fresh. The fries was cold. I put the order in in advanced to hope to get the food fresher. I arrived on time.

Ordered 2 Son of Baconators. Both were old and had been sitting for awhile. Both were inedible. They were $3 each but girl at window tried to charge us $11. Someone needs to address this. Unsat.

Hi, second time I visited the Morehead City Wendy's and was so disappointed in the service. Made an order, $18.55. Received order, 4 cold burgers, cheese and buns cold as if just taken from the refrigerator. Drove again to the window, and explained. Manager, took items, stating they would be corrected. Waited only to receive 4 burgers, not freshly cooked, but wrapped in hamburger wrappers, placed in the microwave and then double wrapped in the foil wrapper which the baconnator comes in. Called to state second mishap with food, only to be told by manager, I'm sorry, bye. Don't know if I will go there again. Right now it's a NO.
Got carryout tonight. This restaurant is going down the tubes. Good quality was pitiful. Dave is turning over in his grave

The young girl at register was extremely short and rude. I didn’t know what I had done to upset her but I was practically ushered out while trying to place an order. After calling to talk to a higher up, I was hung up on twice.

I’ll probably never order from the drive thru here again. the customer service is horrible and i’ve only ever had a good experience when ordering for pickup through door dash. i’m not sure if she’s the manager but there’s been a couple times that there’s been an older lady working and she’s always been nothing but rude. customers can hear it in the speaker and at the window when you’re talking negatively or mocking them… do better. wont be ordering food from here unless it’s through doordash.
