First time at wendys I was confused about the baconator thenI was given a different burger then I order baconated after I waited and waited still no food ask for my money back I told manager what poor service I got she stated I had an attitude customeris alway right.

Everytime I get a salad I get no dressing I get everything else but dressing called to complain and manager acting like it’s funny. next time I won’t be calling I will walk in there myself if I keep getting bad service. these workers need to pay attention and actually make sure everything is in the bag before handing out food whether it’s online or not.

Spent $32 this morning on breakfast , with that order i had 4 orders of french toast sticks for the kids . When I got home I took a bite of one and noticed that nothing but oil came out of the French toast stick , absolutely disgusting to the point I took one and squeezed it in my hand and nothing but droplets of oil went all over the floor . All 4 orders i got were sopping with oil .
Greasyyyyyyyyyyy!!! Grosssssss!!! They call this a Baconator? It's a gross soggy cheeseburger!!! I'd rather eat a soyburger happy meal from McDonald's. Staff is hateful acting especially the manager!

I don't usually do reviews but this place has gone downhill. Just went there with a smile and good mood. Told them I would donate to their charity thing and get the most disrespect I have ever had at a wendy's chain. The woman on the speaker and taking my money wouldnt even look me in the eye, yelled demanding what I want. Didn't ask no questions or anything and spoke way to fast to even understand. Snatches my card from my hand pretty much slings it at me while having her back to me bending her arm around the window. Worst part is they didn't even get my order right and it's cold food. Heck on this store if that is what they promote.

Horrible serviceHorrible foodWill not go back to this locationThe cook stood in front of customers with a vape hanging out of his mouth blowing smoke everywhere?Everyone that was in at the time my family was had to go back to the counter for either wrong food or food missing?♀️ the manager was supposed to come over to help the guy taking our order and we waited 25 minutes and she still never came to help with our order. Horrible is a understatment!!
