I eat here on a regular and I rarely have an issue with food quality. My last visit was great, I wanted grilled chicken instead of fried (health reasons) and the cashier was very helpful with accommodating my order.

Always go to Drive in. Great food. I Always get The sensational salad. There seems to be no Side salads in any of the fast food restaurants nearby. They all seem to quit serving them so, I heard about this advertisement on TV and radio and this salad is awesome. Service is great. I didn't get napkins last time I had to go back and ask.

Every time I come here I spend 30+ dollars. I used to come a few times a week and have started going other places because I feel like When I’m asking for something it’s always a problem. I always say please and thank you. I always give my order at the speaker and include everything like sauces and seasoning as well. I always have to ask again at the window, which is no problem if the Zaxys workers didn’t make it feel like I’m causing them an issue by asking them for the same things a second or third time. I had a big order today and has to drive 10 mins home. I asked for fresh fries. They didn’t pull me so I had an idea I most likely wasn’t getting fresh fries because this happens every time. . They were not fresh annd tasted old. Not hot or crispy and not the portion I should’ve gotten for what I paid and what I get every time, I order this same meal. All of the fries were old in all 3 meals. Just want to say thank you. I enjoy ordering food and paying an arm and leg just to get old food and half the portion. Y’all are great! There wasn’t a single person in the drive thru, it would’ve taken a few extra minutes to make sure it was done right. I’ve worked in restaurants management both fast food and fine dining for 9 years. I would never play with a customers hard earned money like this. It’s happened so many times at this point that I’m realizing this must be the culture of Zaxbys. Not caring about service or quality of food. Very unfortunate.

Disappointed of this Zaxbys, I almost swallowed a fly that was in my salad:(

Chicken was super chewy like it wasn’t really meat, told them to fix an item on the screen and was told they made what we wanted so they wouldn’t have to fix it for receipt sake, and then they decided it was okay to keep our change and rush us out of the drive thru for their times…. If you don’t want them to picket your money give them exact change when paying for your food…

Food was great as always. Manager is top notch! Wish I knew their name to share, but they are doing a great job especially during lunch rush.

Went to the Morehead City location for a sit down lunch @ 12:06pm. Long line to order with only 1 cashier who was painfully slow. After 20 minutes waiting to order and to get my food it was horrible. The Big ZaxSnak was not big at all, chicken fingers were smaller than the French Fries and my Texas toast was Texas Wonder Bread! Looked like it was run over by a car. Please avoid this location better choices are available.

For those who aren't aware. If they ask you to pull up to a parking spot and they'll bring out the food, please make sure you check behind them. Last 3 times I've been parked they've messed up food. Left something off the order (ex: desert) or just didn't give me what I ordered (no slaw -double fries instead. And get slaw anyways ). And if you bring it to their attention the most you'll get is a manager saying sorry here's a I owe you card for something you've clearly paid for but we didn't give you.
