If they ask you to pull ahead, go somewhere else if you are in a hurry. This restaurant was in utter chaos. Took almost 25 minutes to get food after we had to park and wait. Then the people tried to give us our order that had already been given to someone outside who opened the food and realized it wasn't theirs. I don't know about you but that is unsanitary. There were at least 7 cars parked and waiting. Finally everyone got out of their cars and went inside like we did. It was utter chaos.

My food sucked!! I got egg rolls and funnel cake all the burnt up I’m attaching pictures so you can see they had a funny taste like old oil and like hot pepper Thai heat. You came so either just nasty in the kitchen or dirty but I called the manager, and she did nothing for me made more excuses than anything said the oil was fresh, so they probably weren’t burnt that’s how they come out. Funnel cakes are supposed to be totally crisp like a puzzle no powdered sugar on it and taste like hot pepper you eat it so my money ended up wasted but I’m sending same pictures into the head office and tell them of my conversation people need to wake up. This is Customer Service I would not recommend this to you to go there to eat… was totally gross and not to mention I had to be parked. I was car number four parked took me almost 20 minutes to get this little bit of food I got and they had time to burn it. I don’t get it.?

I have never had a bad experience with Zaxby's until 1/11/24. I saw on TV that the Veggie rolls were back for a limited time.So, I was excited & drove to Zaxby's to buy me a few.I ordered 6 veggie rolls & I asked the drive-thru attendant if I would get 2 sauces & she said she forgot to put the sauce inside my bad. Glad I asked before I drove off.I parked in the parking lot to try one of my veggie rolls & they were old. They were barely warm, mushy on the inside & dark on the outside. Very disappointed
