Ordered a 4 pc Supreme combo with fries, individual mashed potatoes and Gracey and a diet Mt. dew. When I received my drink it was dark. I said that I had ordered diet Mt. dew and server said sorry, I read Pepsi. Got home and opened box there was no fries and they gave me a coffee stir straw for a straw. I drove back and get fries. It is always something with this location.

Last time I will ever stop at this location. Wanted a 12 piece family meal only to be told they had no legs or wings. I said fine give me thighs and breasts. They refused to serve me the family meal. This is at least the third time they have been out of chicken. You're a chicken place. Do better. I'll get mine in Hildebran or Valdese. Never going back here again.

I received my grilled chicken sandwich order at the drive thru window. I checked to make sure I had my order of 2 fries and 2 chicken sandwiches. The fried sandwich was correct but the grilled was just a piece of chicken on plain bread. I am not sure how you can mess that sandwich up that bad.

If I could give zero stars i would. They are always an hour late with your food and on top of that there’s trash on the floor and everything is sticky. All I have to say is you guys need better workers.

Biscuits and gravy are often cold and goopy, plus it seems no matter when you go, the fries are old. Just rock hard and stale. The service is polite but cold (kinda off putting). It's got a "how dare you come to a restaurant and order food vibe."

They didn’t have enough food to fill orders and charged me for 2 breast and gave me a bread and thigh and acted like it was no big deal. We at dine in and I went back to the counter and they didn’t offer to compensate me with anything else. Very poor managed and run. We were not the only people that their order couldn’t be filled. If you are going to run a restaurant then you have to keep stocked. It was early evening.

@Bojangles: there was 1 truck in line in front of me at the drive thru about 8pm on Sunday night. I waited in line 20 min to get my order. Car in front of me gave up and drove off. I ordered 5 piece supremes meal with mac n cheese and drink with no ice. No mac n cheese available. Ok, no problem, I ordered dirty rice. So i (finally) got to the window and there are 3 people arguing over who is making the food, and which order is at the window. When i got my food and started driving away, i realized my drink had ice (grr) and there was no biscuit in the box. 3 people working, orders aren't being made correctly. Something's wrong.
