Bones Jones Burgers and Butchery

We have been wanting to come here, but put off by the bad reviews. We went this past Sunday for lunch.
The place was warm by the fireplace, a nice touch!
Our waitress was friendly and attentive.
Our food was excellent. I had the sliced Prime Rib French dip sandwich. Hubby had the Sirloin steak. The sandwich was perfect and the au jus was the real stuff and delicious. The homemade potato chips were perfect.
Hubby's Sirloin was good and a large portion. The brussel sprouts and Mac and Cheese were really good too.
I gave 4 stars due to the wait for the food was a bit too long, but not ridiculous.
We'll be back.

Just had a really good meal at BJB today. Service was good and Bobbi (our server) was very accommodating. Wife had a brisket sandwich and I had a sirloin which were both cooked exactly as ordered. Will definitely return.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. Especially for the nice drive to get there. We’ve always been pleased with our experience but tonight was much different. Our cheese curds were hollow and over cooked, the meal came out before the salad, and the steaks were way under cooked. My husband ordered medium well and received medium rare. Mine should’ve been well and was pink. When asked to get a discount I was completely shut down by our waitress, who wasn’t attentive at all, and told that it could be recooked. So we did that then the steak was burnt. Yes, they were busy but geez…be more accommodating to your customers. I’m a general manager of a restaurant and would’ve handled this much differently.

This place is great!! The prime rib is the best I've ever eaten!!! Servings are plentyful!!! Lots to choose from on menu Daily meal specials! The atmosphere is great! It's a little pricey, but it is well worth it!!! My wife and I both took home enough food to eat another meal the next day!!

After a long wait to try this establishment I finally got the opportunity on my son’s birthday. The restaurant had some tables but was not super busy. The ordeal took over hour and a half. One hour in, 40 minutes after our order had been placed, they informed one of our party that they had run out of lettuce and they could not produce her dinner salad order. Why did it take them 40 minutes to notify us of this? They had also run out of BBQ and brisket but they at least told me upfront. When the food finally came out they forgot my order altogether. After some pushing they admitted that the order never got put in. I told them to forget it. They offered me a slice of cheesecake to try to appease me. I passed on that as well as any chance of a second visit. The other meals were just alright all the chicken sandwiches was overcooked and the steak sandwich had no sauce and was also overcooked and dry with very little steak. They did apologize but the right thing to do would be to discount the meal or comp a couple plates.

My first time eating here and it was disappointing. Ordered a steak which was great but the sides to choose from were not. Could not get a baked potato or side salad til after 5pm so I chose Mac n cheese which was very dry, maybe over baked and Brussel sprouts which were just ok. Didn’t understand why you are charged for a small cup of A1 to go with your speak and also charged for ranch for the appetizer! Our server was great, the food not so much.

Been following these guys on Facebook for 2 years now and finally got a chance to go on my birthday to experience hands down some of the best food I have ever eaten. We had Ribeye steak, grilled chicken salad, breakfast in bed burger. Fresh Pork skins, and an appetizer the Country boy crack. Service was awesome. Atmosphere was awesome. The whole experience was just awesome. Even got a hat from Mr. Jones himself for my birthday. Definitely gonna be a weekly trip. It’s on 2 hrs away. If it was 10hrs. I would still go!!

Took the 45 min drive to see what it was all about. Ordered steaks one was medium well one was medium rare. The medium well steak was not cooked right still bleeding sent it back came back out the same way. Then waitress tried to tell my GF that it was the au ju sauce they put on their steaks. We didn't have prime rib and au ju isn't red.

Perfect place for our company christmas dinner. Great food and wonderful service. Didn't catch her name but I think she was the bar manager? Great service and atmosphere that night.
