Appetizers
Hand Cut Chips
Russet potatoes are cut by hand daily, fried, and seasoned to perfection. Served with ranch.
Smoked Nachos Grande
Tortilla chips heaped with chopped pork, Monterey jack cheese, tangy BBQ sauce, jalapenos, red onions, and sour cream.
Loaded Fries
A large platter full of crinkle-cut fries. Topped with melted Monterey jack cheese and bacon kicks it up a notch by substituting the bacon, chopped pork, or beef brisket.
Mozzarella Sticks
Battered and fried until golden. Served with marinara sauce.

Beer-battered, crispy, and fresh. Served with house-made ranch.

Chopped Brisket Sandwich
Slow-smoked with simple spices and showcasing the quality of Hereford cattle brisket. Paired with red onions, tangy pickles, and our Kansas city sauce.
The Texas Dipper Sandwich
A smoked twist on the classic French dip. Beef brisket smoked and braised. Served on a toasted French roll with sauteed onions, provolone, and horseradish sauce.
Boulevard Sandwich on a Bun
Chopped pork and brisket happily housed under one bun. Topped with coleslaw, piedmont, and Kansas city sauces then garnished with pickles and red onions.
Sear-Grilled Burger (6 oz)
Fresh ground beef is seared on our flat grill to seal in juices and then finished on the char-grill for flavor. Seasoned simply, buttered bun, topped with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
NC Original Burger
Coleslaw, chili, mustard, and red onions.
Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich
Marinated overnight then grilled to order. Lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and bacon.

We went to boulevard barbecue yesterday (July 12). We had a server named Kennedy. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this young lady. Our youngest granddaughter has down syndrome and the interaction with Kennedy left this grandmas heart very happy. Some people are uncomfortable with special needs children but Kennedy treated her like a member of her own family. She made our dinner so special. And the food was delicious as always.

We went for a family outing tonight & was quite impressed with the food, seating time, & the wait time for our food. Between all of us, we had: Pork Skins & pimento cheese (🤤) the chopped BBQ, BBQ ribs, smoked chicken legs, okra, Mac & Cheese, BBQ baked beans, Chicken Tenders, okra, & fries. It was so good & all the staff was very friendly! I’m already looking forward to going back!

We have been here several times in the last few months and think it’s great! Never had any issues with the service or the food! We have introduced several people and they all think it is good as well!
