We were so disappointed in this establishment and their service. The entire place was very dirty, from the dining room to what we could see of the food prep area. The service was functional and obligatory. Pizza was lukewarm and soggy because they failed to deliver it to our table. After waiting 40 minutes, I approached the counter to ask about it and they found it in a delivery box on top of the oven. They said they couldn't find us, although our party of six was seated next to the counter the entire time. Skip this place for sure!

Ingredients were so fresh and the pie was cooked perfectly! I went there two out of four days! Alaina was amazing! So friendly and helpful. Love the “mom and pop” vibe for this local eatery.

This place use to be Great and my older reviews said that. Over the years things have gone down hill. I have no idea as to why. Orders being wrong and DON"T even try to place an order over the phone,you WILL get placed on Hold and never be attended to. Too many Pizza places in the area that will Gladly take your order and get it right in the area than deal with subpar service from here. Just go to Greenway Pizza (520 N Green St, Morganton, NC 28655) or The PieHole ( 115 Independence Blvd, Morganton, NC 28655) instead,you will be glad you did.

Was told by the older brown headed lady that she would not be accepting multiple orders from me and my coworkers because we wanted to pay separately for pick up. Glad there are 10 other pizza restaurants. Would not want to inconvenience Bucks Pizza with our business.

Good Luck with getting your food here. There have been several times when ordering from here and they are out of something. Example order pizza they didn't have doe. Next time they were out of hamburger. They were out of chicken wings. When I said something her response was 'well I do all the ordering and I do the best I can. This isn't a response you want to tell your customer. The management needs to do better.

I wanted a pizza and salad waited longer than need to be just to get told they ran out of dough felt like there should have been a note on the door People was just standing around looking at each. Get it together. I dont even know why iam writing this probably won't get looked at

Pizza was delicious. I had a small Hawaiian with extra extra jalapenos. Pizza came out quickly.
Arrived at Bucks at 7pm and they were busy. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs and went and grabbed a booth. Waited 40 minutes and went to check on my order. A girl at the register told me it was being prepared. Another 10 minutes passes and I finally get my food after customers that had arrived after me were actually finishing up their meals and leaving. When my food was delivered to my booth I asked if I would get a free desert for the long wait. She told me she gave me an extra meatball. There were 4 total and not that large. She also brought out a knife to eat with. You can't make this stuff up.

First time and I am more than happy that Id a li chose this place. The service was fast but pleasant. I ordered a large meat lovers pizza and about 8 minutes later I was carrying it out to the tables on the strollway just outside the entrance . The weather was perfect so I picked a table, sat down.Then after getting things laid out to eat,we said a blessing. The pizza was so good. The bacon was the best. The pepperoni and sausage was delicious. The crust was perfect. Good enough that there was no crust left standing when we finished. Best pizza I have had in a while. I definitely recommend and I'm sure to be back in again.

I gave Bucks two stars because the pizza was eatable. Had it not been for the pizza they would have received one star. My husband and I were traveling on the interstate home and wanted a good meal that wouldn’t take very long. I called Bucks to see how late they would be open and the individual told me “maybe 8:00?”. When we got there the place was very dirty with most of the people choosing to dine outside. There was a constant stream of people getting to go orders. I asked where the ladies room was and was told that it was out in the hall but that they had lost the key and I would have to use the men’s room. I didn’t have a choice on using the men’s bathroom as our pizza had be ordered and paid for. It was very dirty, not someplace I would be sending someone that was going to be eating dinner in my restaurant. The person that took our order spoke very quietly and we had to ask him to repeat what he was saying. He delivered the pizza to the table on a styrofoam plate with no additional plates or silverware or napkins. We would ask for something and he would retrieve one thing at a time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’m not even sure they would pass the county health codes.
