We came here to watch the Redskins game since we moved from VA. We had a great experience. The hostess was super sweet and very accommodating of our request to be seated so we could watch the game. Our bartender, Ciara, was awesome, Very personable and gave great service. We both had chicken sandwiches which were good. The tater wedges were awesome - hot and crispy. We’ll be back!!

Absolutely awful service. There were maybe 5 other groups of people in the restaurant and our server neglected just about everyone she was supposed to be serving. Watched another group who was there way before us wait forever for their check they were never even asked if they wanted.

For the 2nd time in a couple of months after walking into Buffalo Wild Wings morganton location there was no one at the hostess stand to give us our food. After waiting a few minutes and making eye contact with multiple workers still no one showed up to the hostess stand. After getting my food myself because it was just sitting there with no one watching over it (others could just take this?) I looked over the meal to see that there were wings missing out of my meal but decided it wasn’t worth the wait to ask for them. It’s disappointing to pay so much for terrible service.

Stopped in for lunch. Mckenzie was our server. Always checked on is and never let us run out if drinks. Wings were great, cheeseburgers were a bit too greasy for my liking.

Ordered traditional wings. Received boneless. Parmesan garlic sauce on them was okay. Dipping sauces were bland. Service was good other than miscue on my wings.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! Came to eat with friends and was a phenomenal experience. The two girls up front were very polite and friendly and made conversation with guests during the waiting time. Only waited 5 of the 15 minutes estimated. Our server McKenzie was very friendly and provided great service. The bartender made our drinks wonderfully. Will be returning very soon!

Absolutely loved the burgers fries and onion rings! Will eat here again before I head back to texas. Great staff very clean
I ordered delivery with different sauces a dry rub is not a sauce and I don’t understand why they would give me a container of dry rub and expect me to be able to use it. I also ordered 30+ wings and got 3 sauces make it make sense. The lady who answered the phone when I originally called is a true piece of work. Genuinely not happy at all extremely unprofessional and extremely disappointed I spent over $60 for disgusting food. Truly would not go back even if they paid me to after this visit.

We were so surprised at the size of the buffalo chicken salads! It's been a long time since something was better than expected! Our server Stephanie went above and beyond trying to figure out our Gift Card redemption, she didn't have to do that but we greatly appreciated her patience.
