Ordered the family meal, paid 38.00 and was only enough for two people (MAYBE). After getting home and seeing this , went back and got 2nd family meal for another 38.00… the tea was sour. The bbq was HORRIBLE and did not care for the max and cheese. No one in my family could eat any of it!! We are not picky eaters either. 76.00$ went straight to the trash can!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

We had order five tray of their smoke chicken for our guests to serve after a funeral and was disappointed that almost half of them were uncooked. There was blood still gushing through some of them. We had called and they said they were sure it was cooked all way through and that if we like, we can bring it back and they’ll recook it for us. Seriously, my guests were ready to eat. We did not have time to bring it back and wait any longer. We felt they should have apologized and gave us a discount or something. We paid a lot for some chicken we couldn’t even serve our guests. Never again.

It sucks and the lady rush the customer and steal mess up the other and being disrespectful to the customer and we asked her told her it was missing in order to wear food She said I don't care I got other customers

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUTCH'S FOR ANY OCCASION!!

It's 4th of July and I get a text at 7:30am from my friend that said she would take care of all the food for our family and friend gathering today that says she has been up all night sick and can't make it. It's last minute and I need to figure out how I will feed everyone coming to our house in just a few hours.

I drive to Butch's, which is where I usually order all our food for the 4th and other family gatherings, because it's so good! I saw one person running the front (Dena) and 1 person running the kitchen (Eric). I told them my situation knowing they were going to be slammed today with walk-ins and catering orders. They both were so amazing! They figured out a way to prepare all the food I needed! They said just come back in a couple hours and they would have it ready for me! I knew I was asking too much of them, and they still did everything in their power to accommodate me, and they did it with such kindness and care!

Thank you to Eric and Dena for making this day special for my family, friends, and me. It would have been a hard and stressful day trying to figure out how to cook everything last minute. I see how hard they work and how they will do everything in their power to meet your needs. I love me some Butch's BBQ! We will always refer folks your way and order our BBQ and chicken from you all!!! So very grateful, from the bottom of my heart!

Manager on duty this morning was rude but she always tends to be when we visit so I guess I should’ve expected it! Lady needs to figure it out.

Ive always tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but every single time I’ve visited over the last year my order has been wrong, the BBQ is full of fat, the tenders have absolutely no flavor. It’s no longer about quality like it was when Butch owned it. If you’re reading this review save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else…

Order incorrect after waiting 15 minutes for 2 plates in the drive thru. Mac & cheese dry as hell, “vinegar” sauce a joke. Speaker box at drive thru barely working. Employees barely coherent. I was reminded why I don’t eat here.

We were very impressed with the food, everything was excellent 👌👍 service was great and everything was clean. But I can't rave enough about the food!!! Excellent top tier highly recommend!
