I've not had a bad experience here before the change in leadership and after. Food's always good, people who serve are always really kind, and the one issue i have ever had they fixed swiftly. Atmospheres just nice and welcoming.

I wouldn’t recommend getting take-out from here. Last 3 times the food has been cold, missing items, or you’ll get wrong order. Today, I went inside to get my online order, and the cashier couldn’t find the order in the system. Gave her my name three times. They look at you like you’re teaching them quantum physics. Atlas, It was sitting beside the cash register without a bag the whole time. Food was cold when I got home (3 miles away). So who knows how long it was just sitting out there.

Butch’s BBQ Review

I stopped by Butch’s BBQ and left feeling pretty disappointed. The food was average at best, and the whole place had more of a fast-food vibe than a real BBQ joint. The hush puppies were hard, and the chopped BBQ had almost no flavor. They had a few sauces available, but none were labeled clearly, so I had no idea what I was getting. Even more confusing, they asked what sauce and drink I wanted when I ordered, but didn’t give me either — you have to make your own drink and pump your own sauce at the condiment station. I’m still not sure which sauce I ended up with.

The atmosphere didn’t help either. A half-burned-out TV played a free cable channel, and the walls were completely bare. The cheapest possible plasticware sat at each table, and even though the tables were clean, it was probably because I was the only customer there in the middle of the day. Maybe the locals know something I didn’t. When I asked for potato salad, the girl at the counter laughed — which didn’t exactly inspire confidence.

Honestly, the best part of the entire experience was the overhead music, which played classic 1980s country hits. Beyond that, this place offers edible food and not much else.

Terrible the manager was on something she was going crazy taking abt money on her game and then there was two of the workers making out in the men’s bathroom and you can’t park anywhere in the parking lot without smell their dumpsters not to mention their always outside smoking and they never wash their hands DO NOT EAT HERE

Bland bbq no flavor at all so dry it absorbed the sauce and still dry chicken tenders under cooked potato salad was ok Mack and cheese was bland and mushy worst 15 dollars spent ever do not recommend

Thought this was a local spot, didn’t realize it was a chain until we went in. Clean empty parking lot, drive thru was busy. Signs say breakfast and bbq, but they really only offered breakfast sandwiches in the morning which was extremely disappointing. Can’t even get a chicken tender. I ordered a bacon biscuit with double egg. My partner ordered a breakfast sandwich with a sourdough bun. I also requested honey mustard sauce. The sauce was forgotten, my order had cheese on it, and my partners was on the wrong bun. Overall just very disappointing. The French fries here are good tho. Will never visit again!

Nice and friendly staff. Food came out quick and HOT(Just the way I like it) Got chicken fingers plate. Chicken fingers are HUGE. Batter is delicious, crispy, and flaky. Vinegar based dipping sauce is perfect. Price is a bargain with how much food you get. Will definitely be back to visit when we are in the area.

Usually god BBQ. Not today. Pulled pork had no smoke flavor and actually had off putting taste to it; almost tasted old. First time I have experienced this. Couldnt finish the sandwich. Gave 3 stars as beans were at least good as usual.
