The food was hot and fresh I think the hours are wrong or the closing early got there at 930pm out of hush puppies so had to get bread then didn't have crakelen cause they already trashed them.

My husband and I (Dalia and Al) wanted to eat at Capitan D's during lunch time, after last time we visited (last year) and we had a negative service experience, but this time we had a wonderful service given by a young man named Parker. From the moment we enter we were greeted mmediately with a big smile and very courteous personality. We were not sure what to eat and he made great recommendations and we accepted it. He brought our meal to our table and I explained him that he didn't have to but he answered back" I love doing it, it's a pleasure". We were amazed by the service and his smile 😊 thank you Parker.

I came in from a long drive I went to the bathroom when I came out I walked to the counter and was looking at the menu for 5 min or so while the girl walked back and forth from the drive through to the food window they had 2 customers already eating I was waiting for her to take my order and another customer walks in she runs right up to the register and says how may i help you to the customer that just walked in like i havent been standing right in front of her for 5 min so i say i must be invisible and walk out and go some where else

This was a terrible experience! I was given the wrong food and when I politely returned to get the right order was rudely yelled at my staff and accused of lying about my order! No apology from the manager ! When asked for my money back , it was given with no apology! Will never eat at this establishment again and do not recommend!

When I got to the window and paid for my order. I waited a good while before he come back. Not friendly at all! I asked for extra tartar sauce when i got my food and commented that there was 2 already in there .......... for 3 pieces of fish. Okay, I want extra tartar sauce. So there I am another 3 min. When I got home; I opened the potato and found mold. Went back for the manager to tell me it was bruised. I said okay, even with fuzz all over it? The manager refunded my money. Now I understand why I was the only customer and after driving home and back which will take about 45 min. There still was no one else there.

The staff was great. The food sadly was horrible. The shrimp looked/tasted like it had been in the desert for a month. I got the family pack and was told it had enough french fries for 6. Nope only for 2 tops. The Cole slaw was horrid. The fish....a no name Mrs. Paul's type could have been equal. Yeah. For over $40.00 not good. The staff was great though.
