I’m here every other day and sometimes every day. My kid really likes chicken! I really like good service! I’m sure I’ve been here thousands of time and only once had something wrong. When I went in to just get the sandwich plain because it had pickles on it and we had ordered it plain, They replaced the whole order. It was a plain chicken sandwich and an eight piece nugget. Said sorry, didn’t argue or give attitude. They just fixed the problem, and compensated for the troubles. The best place to get fast wonderful service in Morganton! Great job guys. Keep up the good work! We will see you again tomorrow!

Top notch, like ALL Chick-fil-A's. Same clean restaurant. Same polite employees. Same great food. But the drive-thru at this location is CONSTANTLY packed out- And once you're in line, you're TRAPPED bc there's no way out until you exit after the window.

Consistent food as always. Highly inefficient drive-thru. Took 15 minutes to get through it. I recommend going inside to save time.
We have been going to this Chick-fil-A because we have a 3 year old and having a indoor playground at a restaurant is very helpful when it's raining or cold outside.
Their food is always subpar and takes much longer than any other Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, their staff walk around to your table and kind of intrude on your meal multiple while sitting, and they have a 100% sanitation rate, but when you walk in the playground there's crumbs and food all over the floor and it feels sticky. My 3-year-old told me he ate some gum inside of the slide and has had food poisoning for 3 days straight. Yes he is a 3-year- and should not have done that but at the same time the sanitation of the playground should be at a 100% as well if the kitchen is, in my opinion.
