This is one of the slowest and largest Chick-fil-A stores I've ever seen. Cars were lined up. The Chick-fil-A in my hometown is about five times as fast.

Just want to preface I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews if any reviews for the matter but I feel like I have to for this place.
Honestly surprised this location doesn’t have lower ratings….. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to and this isn’t my first time at this location. I have been going to this location for quite some time because it’s the only one close enough to where I live and I always end up being disappointed every time I go. The food always seems to be not fresh and the patties on the sandwiches always seem to be EXTREMELY small…. I understand this is “shrinkflation” times but it’s seems only when I go this location does it end up being this bad. The other concern is the overall service in the drive thru. I feel like I’m always rushed in the drive thru when grabbing my food and drinks and the people working there aren’t friendly on top of it. Everyone at this location, at least working at the window don’t like to acknowledge you, practically are throwing the bag at you and want you to leave the line as fast as humanly possible. I understand they are busy but so is every other Chick-fil-A in the nation and they don’t treat you this way. I keep trying to give this location a chance but I think I’ll just go to the Lenoir location instead……

Always the slowest drive thru, can't figure out why they don't have team members taking orders in the line outside to keep things moving better. Line was backed up into the highway. Took 35 minutes to get through the line, ridiculous. Then the food was so mushy and cold I threw half of it away because it was inedible. What a waste of my time and money, and still left hungry. Won't be back.
