Quesadillas were dry, they missed about 15$ dollars of items, 3 tacos, 2 chip bags, and queso, when we tried to call back we couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

Came here at 830 they close at 10 had broken down the whole line had no chicken mild salsa corn salsa or veggies. Took forever I get service. It u don’t close for another hour and a half you should be making more food or just close your doors. I will never be back at the morganton location. They suck.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I arrived at around 9:10 PM, and even though the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, the staff told me they were no longer making food and were already closing. This is completely unacceptable, especially for customers who expect service during the hours advertised.
On top of that, I was told they don’t make any fresh food after 7 PM, which means customers are served whatever leftovers remain for the rest of the night. This is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on both the store’s management and Chipotle’s standards.
Please be aware: do not visit this store after 7 PM, as you likely won’t receive fresh food—or any service at all, even if it’s well before closing time.
Very disappointed.

Probably one of the worst quality chipoltes i’ve been too. Food quality, poor, cleanliness horrible. Came in they were out of everything all meat except chicken, beans, salsa, guacamole, the place was filthy. They were even out of napkins, the counter was disgusting, tables dirty, trash overflowing.

This place was very good when it first opened but last night I had to wait quite a while before anyone came to take my order. When I got to my truck, the burrito was cold, like just out of the fridge cold.

The service here is poor online orders they don't care for I came in to get a order and they was noone in the store waiting on food then I waiting like 10 minutes now and another doordash walks in and then 3 people come in to get food they working on the people that's came through the door after me what about the people paying online they paid before the people that walked in and not people in there will help u at all

Last time I came into the chipotle store, I bought a bowl and they served me only half of it. Come on, I’m paying for it! Also, the chips were not good at all, it felt like they had been sitting there since the day before. And the guacamole had no flavor at all.

At first I thought my burrito had a ton of meat. After eating about 1/4 of my burrito, I realized there was no more meat but I kept eating. And yes, there was no more meat from that point on. Totally ruined what I thought at first was a very tasty burrito.

Ordered a burrito with extra meat only to find out all of my meat was only on the other end of the burrito and not evenly spread. I thought maybe they forgot to put meat into my burrito so I had to open it up and like I said earlier. All of the meat was on the other end. Didn't want to go back and decided to call but the call bot will do their absolute best to not transfer you to the store. When they did transfer me, the call failed and I had to start over. I gave up and now I'm here.

Large guac and chips:chips stale guac brown on top.it had large piece of unripe hard avocado gross and brown. Her burrito was very small,no guac which cost extra and no sour cream. Hardly any meat. My guac was also alittle brownish. My meal was cold too. Rest of order was very good. Generally always happy with Chipotle.
