Cook out is a usual go to for me and my family but they let me down today! I know they get super busy but dang would you want to eat a super burnt quesadilla? I don't think anyone in their right mind would 😂 this won’t stop us from going but I’ll choose my sides with this experience in mind lol
As I have been traveling from Tennessee to Charlotte NC every week or other week at minimum the past 8 months I have been adding this stop just so I can get Cookout and E85 fuel right up the road from here more and more. Cookout is a great place to get a big meal that's still fast food but with a more similar down or mom and pop style of food and portions. The food is almost always fixed hot and to my liking, with bigger portions for the prices it's really a no brainer...
The food is what you'd expect from this type of restaurant. This location has good accuracy and doesn't make you wait terribly long. Usually when I go here it is for their milkshakes, for now my favorite being the butterfingers, and I do recommend their onion rings.
