Domino's Pizza

I'm going to need a corporate number or the owners number I ordered 4 pizzas today they forgot one pizza and the pizzas wasn't cut so I call them to complain I have the right to complain about the pizzas not being right and I wasn't even rude and the manager was beyond rude she smarted off to me saying you like to complain alot I've give hundreds and hundreds of dollars to this buisness and I get treated like this I'm going to need corporates number or the owner

We had a free coupon for a free pizza, but it didn’t show on our order, because we did order other things. So I called to verify that we had 2 pizzas and I guess she said she was the dm meaning district manager, and she read back my order telling me that it showed the free pizza and the pan pizza. Then they didn’t bring it and when I called to tell them they didn’t bring it they said no it took the coupon off the pan pizza. So we only got 1 pizza in other words they wasn’t truthful, when they could have made it right but instead did us wrong. We order a lot from there but definitely won’t be ordering again from there.

Order from there and they claimed they delivered it. Well they never did, at least not at my address. Called and just got rudeness back so I was out of money with no food. Worst place ever!

Some times you can just tell when Love is put into a craft. Buffalo chicken pizza, Philly cheese pizza are my favorites.

New York Style Pizza was luke warm and missing Pepperoni's. Pepperoni cheese bread was a ball of grease. Just GROSS! Do better Domino's!

This place is hit and miss. Took my money, never delivered my pizza, took a while to get my money back. Different time, pizza showed up 1.5 hours late.. "The driver over slept " Seriously?? It was cold and soggy AF. If you don't have help, don't open FFS.

Ordered x large which is normally 12 slicesWhat I received was a 8 slice the same size as a large. Called and spoke to some one and they said the X-Large comes with 8 bigger slices when in fact that’s not what was received.But was charged for the x largeMaybe you should change the price if you’re gonna send the same 8 slice pizza size for an X-Large. Lost my business cause they could care less what you received and didn’t wanna make it right alone with the rest of the order been so burnt it couldn’t even be eaten

Thin crust, 2 pizzas, cinnamon knots 2 liter coke, and parm bites everything got for $19.99 we had curbside service.

I am done with Dominos. I recently moved to the Morganton area, and order about once a month - about 5 times total. Where I moved from the food was always great, but here (I've tried Union St and Burkemont) the orders have not been right even once, and I'm tired of wasting money. If it was a pick up order, they would hand me the wrong food. If I asked for light sauce, I got extra sauce instead. So I finally stopped ordering pizzas altogether and switched to cheesy bread for the last two orders, and both times I marked NO bacon (I can't eat red meat) - but again, it seemed to have EXTRA bacon on it. I had to throw it away because it was impossible to pick it all out - and who wants to pick their food apart before they can eat it? If I had to say anything positive it would be that the delivery people are great.But I won't be back. I don't want a discount or a free pizza. I just want someone to know/care about this poor attention and service.

Vegetarian options: Doesn't matter if you order vegetarian - you're still likely to get meat somewhere in the order.

Dietary restrictions: If you have alpha-Gal syndrome examine the food closely. Nothing I have order that was supposed to be meat-free turned out that way.

The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars are because I ordered to large two topping pizza’s. I was told on the phone that the special was 12.99 for both but when I got there they were 12.99 a piece.. ? then they barely had pepperoni’s on a two topping pizza ??‍♀️ Both pizza’s had to be remade.
