Drive thru takes forever even if it is weekends and weekdays.

I’ve went to this Dunkin a few times to give it a chance but it always disappoints me EVERY time. It’s so close to my house so it hurts my heart that the Customer service is TERRIBLE almost every single employee has an attitude, the drinks are never made right, and they always run out of everything which I know is not in their control but the customer service is the real issue. Dunkin please hire new management and different employees so we can enjoy our local coffee shop.

All I wanted was an iced matcha and a bagel. They didn’t have any bagel flavors left. So I got the mini stuffed plain bagels. The matcha came out white because it had one scoop of Matcha and way too much milk. I asked them to shake it up so the matcha gets mixed in. They barely did. Pulled into a spot and went inside to have them fix the matcha. They redid it the same way and said that’s how it’s made. Know for a fact that’s bs because other Dunkin’s do it properly. Bagel bites were cold and inedible. Threw everything away immediately. How can a large company that “America runs on” be so bad? Do better.

I came thru the drive thru around 11am on 11/6. I ordered a frozen coffee. I am a regular at Dunkin’s all over and always get the same coffee. When the lady handed me my coffee,
I knew it was not right. Instead of handing it back then, I chose to go back around because there was a long line. I didn’t want to make people wait. When I got back around and asked for her to add cream to it and make sure it was full. She said I was going to have to do it myself with the individual creamers and was nasty. Another lady came to the window grabbed my drink and slammed it on the counter. I was shocked. I will not be going back. Unacceptable for customer service.

We visit this location often but this time it was a bad experience. The staff was fighting amongst themselves where they could be heard , and we waited at the window for over fifteen minutes for anyone to even come to the window to take our money or give us our order. Extremely unprofessional and should not happen. Maybe better management is needed???

Literally stood at the register for 30 minutes didn't even get acknowledged that I was standing there. Finally ordered and waited another 15 minutes at least..I should have left but wanted out of curiosity...WORST DUNKIN EVER!!!!

I don't know what has happened here. I've given it a few trys before I just stop coming. Today is the day. It's absolutely ridiculous. I just sat at the window for 20 minutes after they took my money. I ordered a mocha latte. I'm pretty sure it was hot chocolate. Three cars behind me that had ordered drove off. I tossed it and went to Starbucks. I might try again in a few years.
