It's always dirty, every employee there acts annoyed with you. If you pay for extra any thing, you won't get it. It doesn't matter how in advance you order, you'll still stand there and wait for your order. If you walk in they don't even greet you, they ignore you until they feel like getting to you. They are the closest to me or else id never go back. I ordered loaded hash browns yesterday with extra bacon, didn't get it. Ordered an item today, it was not in stock. Their solution was to offer an item with less value and then get mad when I pointed it out and be rude and snippy. I wasn't rude. I get stuff happens but I don't want a $3 item for near $5. It's like they hate their job and they hate you for coming in and I get it's not the best in customer service but nothing I did or said necessitates how I'm treated here.

I used to love Dunkin Donuts until I found out that they don't actually make their donuts. They are made by another company and shipped in. Growing up Dunkin made their own donuts, not anymore š The coffee is hit out miss depending on who serves you. The staff is friendly and courteous but they have no knowledge about the products they serve.

Very rude. I ordered the holiday signature latte and got it with the wrong topping they put cinnamon on top instead of cookies. I pulled back to where you order and explain I got the wrong drink. Considering itās $6 I want the right one. She said she put cinnamon on top by mistake. I said okay I didnāt ask for cinnamon she said again she put cinnamon by mistake as in I should just drink it with cinnamon because she did it by mistake. I said I asked for the cookie latte not cinnamon. She told me to pull around and handed me a cup with whipped cream and cookie crumbles in it.

We visit Dunkinā on a regular basis. We visited this morning and got drinks with no cream in them like we ordered. We went inside and waited 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged. We went later in the afternoon and placed mobile orders. When we got to the window, we were informed that the store was out of cold brew. We asked if a refund was possible, the young male working stated we could do it on the app and proceeded to shut the drive thru window. We wanted our drinks to be made with iced coffee, but the male never came back to the window. After sitting about two minutes, a female came to the window and asked us to move. I stated āokā and stated we just wanted our drinks made with iced coffee. She turned around to the male employee and stated āshe said okā, as if I was refusing to move. We explained that we wanted our drinks made with iced coffee. She made the drinks and brought them back. I apologized for the misunderstanding & stated I was just waiting to inform someone of how I wanted rectify my order. The lady then shook her head and did not respond. The lack of customer service is unreal. Needless to say I will not be visiting this location anymore and will inform everyone of my terrible experience. Not once, but twice in one day.

If you go inside, plan to wait. They have everyone working the drive thru and walkin is treated like a distraction. Donuts were good, but don't ask questions about the coffee...nobody can tell you the size or amount of anything.

Each time I go to this Dunkin donut location, it gets increasingly worse. When i Order an assortment of donuts They mess up my order every time Unless I stand there and slowly point to one donut at a time while they get them. .The quality of the donuts themselves is awful. The bakery at Walmart makes a better donut than Dunkin donut. For less than half the price. If you want to be disappointed and eat mediocre donuts go to Dunkin' donut?

Tried this place twice. If you want someone to speak to you, do the drive through. I stood at the counter to ask a question and order on 2 occasions and couldnāt get anyone to look at us or take our order. So impersonal here. Iāll take my business elsewhere from now on.

The service and receiving correct drinks are a hit or miss. Sometimes they make the drinks correctly, other times they don't. They also seem to have new staff all the time, which may be why they don't know what the drinks are. The last time we were there we had to wait a long time at the window and then one drink wasn't right, but we were tired of waiting so we took it and left. Very rarely is anyone friendly.

When I received my order it was not right and I told the lady. She was very rude and disrespectful. She said I never asked for my order that way. I tried to tell her I did but she walked off. Would not ever come to this place.
