The kiosk froze up and did not put our order through or print a receipt, but yet still charged us. The manager was rude and did not want to do anything to help the situation… even with proof of charge on our bank account.

Can they please hire new people here? Apart from the fact they never seem to have any donuts here, but the staff are rude as hell. It's not just isolated incidents but everytime I've went. The people that work here clearly must be miserable. They don't want to take your order and they aren't helpful. Just condescending and rude.

I was working on a job site next door to this location and had to use their parking lot a few times to trace water and sewer lines. The staff interactions the few times we spoke were very friendly. The inside of their store was very clean looking and smelled amazing.

Disappointed, Dunkin’ with No DONUTS the last 2 times I’ve been there the coffee machine was cleaned already and they didn’t want to make my hot latte and also there was no donuts around 5pm when they close at 8 ? like really not the best place anymore it used to be good !

Coffee quality consistency lacking.I order the dark roast coffee because I prefer a stronger flavor. From one day to the other the blend varies significantly. I never know what I am going to get. Occasionally it’s a dark roast, otherwise it is definitely not a dark roast. Maybe I should just order the regular blend? Coffee starts the day and when it’s poor, it’s disappointing especially when you don’t get what you think you are paying for. It’s not just this DD location but across the board. FYI gas stations now serve a superior coffee, many with fresh ground beans of your choice ground on the spot! Since when does a gas station serve better coffee than a traditional coffee shop? Sorry DD but we are “divorcing” after all these years.
