Food is great, my only complaint is not getting my food ready by the time it’s pick up time. First time ordering food for pick up. Order pick up was scheduled at 4pm, I had placed the order 30 mins prior. We got to the store on time, but our food was not even ready or in the make. I was the only customer there, placed was dead. I was told to wait for 2nd shift to make my order. I was confused as to why should I have to wait when my food was scheduled to pick up at a 4? All the employees were just standing around doing nothing. So I had to wait 15 mins for my order. Again, I was the only customer there at the time.
