Great place to find hard to find things.

Great place to find alternatives for food allergies, specific dietary needs, etc. Lots of local produce and products. Great selection of natural healing products. Earth friendly. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The cafe looks great, I just haven't been there when it's open. I do shop there regularly and highly recommend it.

I really like this market. The vibes are right. Everyone is friendly. They have many items that I haven't seen available elsewhere locally. It was clean and just a nice place to shop.

Love this place. Best thing about Morganton. Great local vegetables, mushroom variety, seasonings, and unique foods.

Prepared food section seems reasonably priced and the salads we had were delicious. Compared to similar type stores, I overpaid for the other items I purchased.

Nice place. A little dark around the produce but you can see. Great staff. Keeps the place orderly and clean. Good selection too.

Got a lot of items you just can't find anywhere else. Prices not so great. No reason for me to go back.

Great little grocery store, a little pricey, but it’s basically a locally owned Whole Foods, great selection of desserts, my favorite is the chocolate peanut butter cake slice, also great selection of wraps, soups, and salads if you’re looking for a easy meal to pick up and bring back to the office. They have a great selection of meat and fish, I’ve even found more rare fish like swordfish and halibut that I can’t find at other grocery stores in the area, also great salmon cakes and when they have them before they sell out their crab cakes and OG guacamole is bomb ASF. They also have a good selection of vegan meats and desserts, they do carry Ollipop soda and just about every flavor as well, they do have local coffee that you can buy both beans or ground up, as well as a wall of nuts and oats that you can get a bag of, as well as decent dog food and treats.

Although it does have good products.. it is really a Walmart when it comes to fruit.. tasteless expensive and not any better than Walmart.. bought 4 apricots.. no taste to them .. so not any better than Walmart.. expensive for what?.. ended up in the trash.. really disappointed.. will I continue to shop there?.. very little probably.. and I just started shopping there.. so my shopping from now on will be very little or none at all.. when I buy something I expect it to have taste to it .. for the price I paid!! Won't do it again!!!
