Update 2024, love this shop visiting from VA had a delicious veggie wrap ate it so quick I don't have a picture. Good amount of food and good service! Ordered the black bean salsa to go with and was tasty.
The only wish I have for Grind is to have more space. I have absolutely no complaints about the food or the service here. It's always delish, and there are always interesting folks behind the counter. They do have a couple of outside tables and space to stand around a cocktail-height table. Grind is an essential part of downtown Morganton.
