Food is great i get the roast beef and provolone. And customer service is great everytime I go in

Kudos to the staff working their tails off on a Friday when they were short staffed 5/2/25 during the lunch rush. Dedicated to getting customers served as quikly as possible, thank you for the hard work!

Food was great but restrooms were horrible!

Food and service were average but this location is filthy and the bathroom was one of the nastiest I've ever been in. And homeless people literally just walk in and steal drinks right in front of staff. The whole parking lot is actually very unsafe as well, with homeless everywhere and cars that speed like crazy through the lot. Not at all worth it for a sub, eat somewhere else. Maybe in a different town actually.

Great subs with friendly, fast service. Try the chipotle chicken cheese steak, the tuna fish salad, the club, or the Italian. The option to have a sub in a bowl is another great option if you are trying to cut back on carbs. The app makes it easy to order ahead and make sure you earn points on every purchase for free items on your future orders. They usually offer discounted gift cards before Christmas that comes in handy if you eat here often. I do miss their meatball sub and wish they would bring it back.

Me and my daughter ate their Saturday and we became really sick with vomiting and being really sick. Please stay away from this place.

Hey, first and foremost this was the first time i have ever went inside to Jersey Mike's. The sub shop has an amazing atmosphere with amazing employees. I was very impressed by the team work and customer service given. Unfortunately with my order (it was a big order) I ordered for the place I work and multiple sandwiches had missing items, but the management was quick to respond to my concern and fixed the problem in a blink of an eye. I am very pleased all the way around and will be recommending Jersey Mike's to everyone in town. Thank you to everyone that contributes to making the best subs in Morganton.

Was waiting over 20 mins for a mobile order. Remade the order because the food was left on the counter and became cold. When I got my new sandwiches one was super warm and hot the other was cold. The manager explained it’s the ranch and the lettuce but I never had a cold sandwich and I get the same every time. They tried to explain it’s because they have been busy all day but my only question was why is it cold. And felt was being dismissed. Never had an issue here but tonight we did.

Yesterday I went in and ordered a gluten free sub and the lady that helped me was so kind. She took my gluten allergy very seriously and ensured everything was clean, the utensils were new, and none of my food was cross contaminated. I can feel confident going back to this Jersey Mike’s with my allergy in the future. Thank you so much!!

I’ve been here 3 times. I don’t think I’ll go back. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Every time I have been the toppings look bad or like they’ve set there for days, there isn’t a great atmosphere from the employees, slow service and not during a jersey mikes rush if you know what I’m talking about, and the tea tasted horrible… I don’t know what the deal is honestly. I assume poor management because at this location you can’t even tell who management is like others. nobody is driving this place and that’s one thing that makes Jersey mikes so good in my opinion. Disappointed.. I hope they improve soon.
