David Benfield was fantastic! First time I’d eaten here and I’ll definitely be back. He was very polite, fast, and professional! I’ve got a crutch and he even came out from behind the counter to open the door for me when I left! Crazy. Give this guy a raise! Definitely won my business. Far superior to subway or even jersey mike’s. David, I’m impressed.

Hours say 9pm close, but the doors are looked by 8:30pm.
I guess it isn't that Freaky Fast to make a sandwich.
While the reviews reflect a previous owner, the new owner Charlie was very helpful. You can tell he wants a striving company and expects this location and the employees to do the same. Other than the lady manager who works afternoons, I would say this place is great. Charlie also stated he will do whatever in his power to make every experience rewarding.

I did a mobile order pick up and I am a frequent customer. Some sandwiches that are made are hit and miss but today it was awesome. Evette Is the one that made my sandwich and she definitely made it really well. It was full of meat and everything that I asked for. So, when you go make sure she is the one making your sandwich. She deserves a raise.

I placed an order for 3 of us in the app Saturday 3/30 at 6:00 pm and paid via Apple Pay. As I’m on the way to the restaurant to pick up my food, I get a call from the “manager”saying they ran out of bread so they closed the store early. I asked how I was going to get my money back and she told me she’d reverse the transaction. Here it is Tuesday and the amount has already cleared my bank account. I call to see why it wasn’t reversed and the lady, a different lady who answered the phone, and also stated she is the manager, said there was nothing she could do about it since it had cleared my bank account. She said I’d have to dispute the transaction with my bank. This also happened to my coworker a while back at this same location. DO NOT ORDER from the location!!! All this has happened since they are “under new management.”

Waited 10 minutes after order was confirmed before leaving to pick it up. After I arrived they told me they were “about to call” to let me know they were out of chicken. Didn’t know they were out of other ingredients until they handed me my order. Didn’t receive my pickle or potato salad and the wrap I got with double meat barely had any meat and was poorly made. Will not be going back.

As soon as you walk it the place doesn’t smell of food, I don’t know what it smells like but it isn’t food. But the guy was by himself, he was getting ready to sit down but saw us walking in and he got up to help us. We ordered but theirs no fountain drinks working. Also his till drawer had no change in it so I had no way to get my change which was only maybe .30 some cent which I said was no problem, but you are a business you should always have change in your till. We went home to eat because the atmosphere just isn’t where you’re comfortable to eat in. But the food was delicious! Just things at the building it’s self could be better..

They were out of everything... Change, toilet paper, brownies, provolone cheese, thinny chips and any drink besides tea and tap water. Didn't get the onions I asked for and the avocado and was just a smear of brownish goo. Got charged for room temp tap water with no ice. Literally the worst fast food experience ever.
