I ordered a Cuban sandwich for my girlfriend, it does not say it comes with tomatoes or lettuce on the menu yet the employee put it on there anyways, and there were no pickles. It was disappointing given that these sandwiches are $15 each and she couldn't enjoy hers. Then, trying to return the sandwiches later was a logistical problem because the employees couldn't give a refund without a manager. They seemed offended that I asked for a refund in the first place.

So this place is in a good location. The place is clean inside and out. The lady working was really nice and new her stuff. Now here is the bad part. The lady was the ONLY person working. Yes she working working by herself. She had ran out of cut ham, cheese and another meat. We waited while she cut those items. Meanwhile while she is taking our order, online order and asking the drive through to hold on. After all that I decided on the chicken bacon ranch over my normal Vito and it was shitty. Chicken looked like tuna all minced up. The lady working, the location and the cleanliness is how they got 3 stars.

All four of our subs were wrongly made and not to mention we waited a good minute for them. Last couple of times I’ve been here (which were spaced a good bit apart) have been terrible. Think I’m done with this location.

Picked up a Big John sub and I kid you not this was all the meat on the sandwich…. This is completely unacceptable. They also added tomato’s that I didn’t order then pulled them off, you can even see the tomato seeds on the meat. This is a such a sorry excuse for a sandwich. And to beat it all it’s almost $10. 😂 not a chance I’ll be back!

David Benfield was fantastic! First time I’d eaten here and I’ll definitely be back. He was very polite, fast, and professional! I’ve got a crutch and he even came out from behind the counter to open the door for me when I left! Crazy. Give this guy a raise! Definitely won my business. Far superior to subway or even jersey mike’s. David, I’m impressed.
