Staff were very pleasant. Love the Green beans they were awesome. Chicken skin is a bit greasy however I always take it off anyway. Chicken itself was very good.

Tonight I ordered an 8 piece dinner online for pickup, said order was to be ready at 6:25, i got my order at 6:38. Only 2 young men were actually working, the rest were standing and scrolling on their phones. Got all the way home, the chicken was a greasy soggy disgusting mess, so I loaded it up WENT ALL THE WAY BACK to get better chicken. Waited about 5 minutes, took the lid off looked better, got home, they put 2 new legs and a thigh on top of that disgusting soggy chicken from before. And to top it off ONLY ONE BREAST & guess who don’t eat dark meat. So after $35& 2 trips, I’m eating a pb&j because it was unfit to eat. Tried calling the store literally 25 times no answer. This is ridiculous. Just disgusted and angry that my money was wasted. So ty KFC OF MORGANTON

I showed up at 9:00 after placing an online mobile app order and was told they didn't want to cook any more extra crispy chicken so would I like original instead and then after saying fine since I didn't want to wait 25 minutes the manager informed me they also did not have mac and cheese and I can get a refund if I want but that's not up to her I have to go through the app but then the app said that there was no guest people available and the manager only wanted to offer 1-800 number..... I would not recommend ordering any food here after 8:30 apparently they stopped cooking it....

Sugar we are going down is one of my favorite songs; seems that it should be the theme song to this restaurant because it’s just keeps getting worse; somebody was literally yelling at the person in front of me in line today hahahahaha

It is so frustrating visiting this location. Every time I have been… Tonight I was told that I could not upsize my combo for an extra charge…. I have to order an entire separate side if I wanted large. Then I was waiting for quite a while for my order when they then came back to the window to tell me they had cleaned the friers and that I would now have to wait for the friers to finish being cleaned before my fries would even be cooked…. Left empty handed and disappointed!! Do better KFC all I wanted was a chicken sandwich combo with a large fry and a tea!!!!

I wanted to order the new crispy chicken nuggets. At first there were no customers in the restaurant but they were so focused on drive through, they did not acknowledge the front desk for a very long time until more people began piling in and getting angry. Finally someone took my order. He could not substitute the chalupa that comes with the order for a soft taco, so I stepped out of line and ordered at the machine instead of the register. I got home and my chicken looks awful! Its hard as a rock and I can't even feed this to my cat. Do better taco bell!! Smh 🤬
