My family and I were just passing through and decided to stop here for dinner. We were very pleased with the food and the customer service was excellent. The manager came out and checked on us and she was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The bathrooms were also very clean.

Worst value for your money. $14 chicken strips mean. Tiny strips, small portion. So many better restaurant options. The Colonel would be embarrassed. Never going back.

This place is really bad with acknowledging guests. Took at least over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge. I understand they were understaffed but at least acknowledge me and tell me they'll be with me in a bit.

i love getting the Tuesday special. 8 piece dark for $10. but now they want to charge me .50 for BBQ sauce. The person at the counter acted as if this was normal . but it was my first time being charged for bbq sauce. i will just buy a big bottle of bbq sauce for myself.

Ordered on the app, while at the store was told several minutes later no chicken was available and had to wait 25 minutes for fresh chicken to drop . So I did , I asked for no wings . She said ok , asked for fresh fries she said ok, I said since I’m waiting can my tenders be fresh as well she said ok … after 25 minutes I received my food and left once I got home . The entire bucket of chicken wasn’t even in there or the fries.
So I went back , as I was driving back my wife called and said the tenders were cold right out of the box and the macaroni was old and cold as well. When I got to the store she had my bucket there off to the side and said she forgot , it had been sitting out for 10 minutes and she tried to give it to me , I said no can I atleast have it hot from the oven since I waited 25 minutes anyway and now this , and she put the wings in even though I asked and she said she would do no wings !!! She might have done that on purpose ??? .
I also mentioned the fries were forgotten so she made them, I told her the macaroni was old and cold and was the tenders . She said unless I go home and get them she cannot replace the macaroni for a fresh one. I understand the chicken but cheap macaroni she can’t offer fresh for such a mistake …
well needless to say after 20 minutes later when I got home most all the food was cold , I had a cold potpie it was disgusting, kids had cold tenders and cold macaroni disgusting . It was a $50 order and they messed up big time , this was a waste ! Ian very unhappy with that order .
I am very unhappy with the service, I am very unhappy with how she tried to fix it , I am extremely unhappy with the cold food I had to eat after paying $50 dollars

If I could give -2 stars I would. I stood there at the corner for 15 mins and asked to have my order taken and not 1 employee Even looked at me. They was a line of ppl in line behind me. Stood there for like 3 more mins then put my order in myself. Took them like 15mins to make my order. 5 ppl walked out and said this was b.s. Not happy at all!

It's hit or miss at this place. When the food is great, it's really great. When it's ok, you regret picking this place for dinner. If this place would work on its consistency, I would definitely visit more often.

Food was good but the lady at the register after we payied was asking if I needed anything else yes honey mustard well if you dont pay .26 you cant have it :( just be carefully when you do your orders because they will make you pay for the condiments lmao what a joke....
