Chain restaurants are usually status quo as far as food goes. This KFC was a bit on the slow side, when we arrived they were not busy maybe one person in line. We used the kiosk to order and pay. It took 25 to 30 minutes to get our food, we thought or order had been misplaced, but they were just have back kitchen issues. By the time they got our food the front queue was pretty large. Food was great though, and we had time to catch up while we waited.

Service doesn’t deserve ANY stars!!!!! Every single person that worked on Christmas Eve should be FIRED!!!! They left an entire dining room standing waiting for service for over and hour!!!!! Would not answer ANYONE THAT TRIED TO GET THEIR ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!! MORE SORRY THAN ANYRHING I COULD IMAGINE!!!!!!!!

Not sure about the other times of the day, but at 2 PM on Tuesday, Dec 16, this place was so clean you could eat off the floor. Food was hot and fresh as well. Kudos.

Every single time I go they never have food ready! Its always we are out of pot pies for the day or its gonna be a 28 minute wait... Would have ordered extra crispy chicken bucket... oh we don t have that right now! Might as well just bulldoze the building at this point!

sad, just sad. Nice looking building and the first time I went in for the special deal on Tuesdays a wonderful young lady served me with a smile and apparent kindness. I went back a week later, and the same person seemed to have been gutted of all desire to do other than; make it to quitting time and get a check. The boss looked far less than inspirational if one wants clean and friendly and such. I wonder how hard it would be to build a culture from the top which does not crush a rare asset like the young lady had been. Oh yeah, and the chicken I got seemed to have died from questionable causes and on some far distant date.

The customer service could use some work. Went to the drive through at 10 pm Sat night, I thought since they closed at midnight, I was good. After paying for my order, I'm asked to move up and wait, they had to fix fresh chicken....no problem.....but after 15 minutes of waiting, I get out to go in and the doors to the dining room were LOCKED! Im not sure what thay was about so I get back in the line at the drive thru, behind 3 cars, when I finally get to the speaker and announce my issue, they tell me they just now brought it out but I was gone 🤷♀️.

Food was great but the dine-in area was disgusting. No tables were wiped down and trash was overflowing, clearly this staff does not care about their dine-area. Service was terrible! Waited almost 30 minutes for food and they were not busy. Please do better

I am leaving a 2 star for the employees who show up, work hard, and we're not affiliated.
Just want to leave this here for the manager and employees who had my mother, wife and my 15 moth old baby sit in the drive thru at KFC, Morganton for 45 mins. They called 30 mins in advance and ordered a 12 pc chicken box and sides. Coming from someone who has previously worked in the industry for over 20 years, 8 at Judges for Russ and Mike, it doesn't take this long to raise the temp to 165 degrees. I could have cooked a 7lb turkey and be at the table by then. (Yes, yes they're still there a the time of writting, if you can believe it or not). The manager has hung up on them twice. Rare for me to leave a negative review but this one deserved it! Great service Mike..
