Whoever the lovely lady was working at 4am that took my order , which wasn’t a part of the breakfast menu, I’d like to say thank you for accommodating my order even tho it wasn’t a breakfast order. That was the first genuinely considerate thing to happen to me all day. Small things mean the most to me.

Went for a coffee. Caramel Macchiato, with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. After ordering at the kiosk, I paid at the counter and when it was my time to have my order made, they proceeded to tell me the espresso machine was down. That sucks, but the worst part is when they gave me a refund, the lady didn't scan my receipt to give me the refund, she just rang up the coffee. But didn't include the extra whip and choc. drizzle I paid for. So I paid $4.69 and got $4.05 back. I know it don't seem like a lot and it's not. But if they do that to every person or even every other person that comes through the door, that junk adds up. I'm not saying that's what's going on, but what I am saying is pay attention.

My husband and I stopped to get a basket of fries for snack. The manager asked my husband if she could help him. He replied that he's waiting on his order. She walked off without saying a word, returned a couple minutes later and threw the bag onto the counter towards him. My husband was not happy about it but left without saying a word. Needless to say, we are going to Chick-fil-A from now on. Tired of being treated like this.

A whole kitchen full of staff over half of them standing around on their phones, and i got a double cheese burger med fries and got my son a happy meal. All of it was cold I got half a box of fries and when I asked about BBQ for my son the cashier acted like she couldn't manage walking over and handing it to me (at the counter) won't be back. Sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Usually fast and fresh in the drive thru and inside. Service is usually good. My kids like it. Chicken tenders are small!

Don't accept mobile orders and have the restaurant closed (maybe?) with makeshift signs up and power still on inside. Making people waste money to get refunds in 7 days due to lazy incompetent people who don't want to work.

Fed up with getting dried up dasty pies that should have been thrown out from this place. They are cheaping out at the cost of quality food.
