If I could give this place zero stars, I would the blonde lady that’s supposedly the GM is so disrespectful to her customers. I’ve worked fast food since 2015 as a manager and was training to be a GM and that is not how you talk to anybody and you must certainly shouldn’t give out cold fries and food, especially for how much stuff cost. I will not be going back to the store until they replace her.

When someone PAYS for sauce, they expect to get that put in the bag. I've paid for sauce literally everytime I've gone and I have never gotten it at any of the locations I've been to. When did McDonald's decide to get so stingy and steal from paying customers.

Whenever we go to this McDonald's, The majority of our orders are messed up. Ask for no ketchup, we get double the amount to where the burger is inedible. And either we dont get an item we ordered or its just completely wrong items. I don't know if people are being rushed to the point that they keep messing up but there definitely needs to be someone dou le checking these orders

When people oder a chicken nugget you the service person needs to output a honey mustard souls with the chicken nuggets oder. Don't need to wait until they asked for souls.

On two different occasions I have gone through the drive through, and the same employee has always been rude and not friendly. I did nothing to him. He just hands the food to me and turns his back to me. He doesn't smile or say anything. Why do people even go to McDonalds because the service is awful and the food is not as good as it used to be when I was growing up.
