A whole kitchen full of staff over half of them standing around on their phones, and i got a double cheese burger med fries and got my son a happy meal. All of it was cold I got half a box of fries and when I asked about BBQ for my son the cashier acted like she couldn't manage walking over and handing it to me (at the counter) won't be back. Sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Don't accept mobile orders and have the restaurant closed (maybe?) with makeshift signs up and power still on inside. Making people waste money to get refunds in 7 days due to lazy incompetent people who don't want to work.

Worst McDonald's ever. My entire order was wrong. Instead of a 2 cheeseburger combo. I got 2 cheeseburgers w lettuce, tomato and mayo. Instead of a Sprite w no ice, I got water & to top it off, the fries were cold and soggy.
Literally the last 3 times to this location have been and experience. All 3 in drive-thru. 1st: HAD to go through drive-thru 3 times to get an unsweetened Tea. Manager fixed 3rd time through. Very next visit, only twice, because I tasted it before I pulled away. Would have been 3 times. Yesterday, took 4 to 5 min to get my food, I asked if there was silverware in bag, attendant says yes. I go to eat in their parking lot, I order no muffin so I need fork and knife for egg, ch, sausage. Nope, not in bag. Drive-thru packed, so walk in to get silverware. Getting old guys. Fix it. Very sad lately.

So, I've been wanting to write a review for this place for a long time. This location honestly needs better management or needs to shut down or at least investigated by corporate. A good handful of the employees whenever we come mess up our order after we repeat said order about 10ish times as loud and clear as possible. On top of the poor service and the obnoxious wait time here. I've been to many different McDonald's and I've ordered our order like we have to here at this location and the other McDonald's literally is confused on why we repeat and specify what we want very specifically. With that being added was scrolling through the local FB page and saw and read that their burger was not cooked all the way through. When I was reading comments this wasn't the first it has happened. On top of that their fried 5/10 are soggy and don't taste very well. Id suggest going to the one on sterling St for better service and food. Also the staff can be a tad rude.
