Whoever the lovely lady was working at 4am that took my order , which wasn’t a part of the breakfast menu, I’d like to say thank you for accommodating my order even tho it wasn’t a breakfast order. That was the first genuinely considerate thing to happen to me all day. Small things mean the most to me.

Went for a coffee. Caramel Macchiato, with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. After ordering at the kiosk, I paid at the counter and when it was my time to have my order made, they proceeded to tell me the espresso machine was down. That sucks, but the worst part is when they gave me a refund, the lady didn't scan my receipt to give me the refund, she just rang up the coffee. But didn't include the extra whip and choc. drizzle I paid for. So I paid $4.69 and got $4.05...

Literally the last 3 times to this location have been and experience. All 3 in drive-thru. 1st: HAD to go through drive-thru 3 times to get an unsweetened Tea. Manager fixed 3rd time through. Very next visit, only twice, because I tasted it before I pulled away. Would have been 3 times. Yesterday, took 4 to 5 min to get my food, I asked if there was silverware in bag, attendant says yes.
