I ordered chicken fajitas for lunch today. Chicken was definitely pre cooked not cooked to order. It came to table on a plate not a hot skillet. The onions & green peppers were not cooked enough. Food lacked freshness & flavor.

Great service and food

I'm from out of town I was working nearby and stopped in for a bite before I headed back I ordered a burrito with shrimp and rice the lady made it special for me cuz I needed something I could eat while driving the burrito is delicious the staff is very friendly I'm very happy with my meal and if I lived in the area I would definitely come back!!!

Ordered virgin drink due to being pregnant and they served me one with alcohol and unknowling drank it along with giving some to my kids. Waitress absolutely did not seem to listen to us and am disturbed they made this mistake and barely apologized. Renellos was filled with beef and no egg. Tamale was the smallest I've ever seen like the size of my finger and also covered in unseasoned ground beef. Never coming back.

On Sunday, August 11, I went to eat in the morning and everything was fine, the food was delicious and the service too, but in the afternoon I went to buy 2 shrimp cocktails with octopus and it looked more like shrimp broth, but my surprise was when I started to Eating the glass came with 6 or 7 shrimp and octopus, well, I didn't see it anywhere, it came with a lot of vegetables but nothing to do with the shrimp cocktails that we normally know, thank you

So this place is like really slow with the order of food it’s one of the lower budget cheapest places in town. it takes about 40 minutes to get your food even when the whole place is empty, maybe one or two customers. On the weekends, I’ve seen DoorDash cancel orders., I’ve seen people walk out before without paying. They have the slowest food prep times in Burke County and think about this, if you wanna go eat, it will take you 10 minutes to get a server after you seat, 10 minutes to get your drink so you’re looking at 30 minutes plus your 10 minute drive time to get there. You finally place your order it takes 40 minutes to get you’re looking at 120 minutes then you try to check out, but it takes another 15 minutes or 135 minutes maybe 140 so you almost looking at 2 hours to eat and go home. I also live 2 miles from the store ? i ordered door dash from the point i ordered it to the time i got it was 1 hour and 58 minutes for a standard acp on a tuesday night. The driver said they got there no one was in the restaurant but one table with 4 servers and 6 cooks and yet they told the driver it would be 18 more minutes which is rediculous. I tipped the driver an extra 5$ their stats went down and when i got the food it was so cold and yucky i drove to walmart and gave it to a homeless person. We dont buy here anymore there service time sucks and their food is less than sub par

They look and ignore you like you not right there

MAKE SURE YOU GET AN ITEMIZED CHECK.. The first time they added things I didn’t order to my ticket i assumed it was a simple mistake busy night..Tonight decided to try again because the foods good, me and my 2 children where 1 of 3 occupied tables and somehow had 2 margaritas added to my check and 2 charges for 3.50 that where for i assume beer was only labeled amber.

Food was on point,Marabella is an amazing server,so nice and accommodating. We have been 3 times and shall return.Thank you Marabella.
