They used to be good a year ago, but the staff seem inexperienced. I have received an undercooked pastry 4 times now. I also get sick from their other foods & salads are not fresh.

Great place great staff
Emmitt (one of the staff) replaced my soup when a bee flew into it without me asking. The care and dedication of the staff made my day

The food is great but the last two times I've gone in there the tables have been dirty and the dirty dish bin overflowing. The thing is I go at off times so I believe there would have been time to wipe down tables and take the dishes to the back after the rush, if there was one.

I ordered half a steak and cheese dipper that was good but I ordered the French onion soup which was terrible and asked to just replace it with a half a sandwich in which the manager some girl with long brown hair in a ponytail tells me they can replace it with another soup but not a sandwich which French onion soup is the only soup I like so I got nothing paid for soup n got nothing so I will be calling corporate on them I’m tired of paying out my money to get nothing for it !!!!
Spend over $50 on 3 meals and they want to skimp on the bread, I have never seen them do this before, look like the took a piece of bread and broke it in half, do better

Clean polite staff. Food was good. Maybe a little pricey for a sandwich, but knew that going in. I would eat here again.

My husband and I both ordered the fiesta chicken sandwich and when we pulled up to the window we immediately knew something was going to be off because we could see the worker struggling with wrapping the sandwiches. When we got our orders and opened them I noticed there were only 2 thin pieces of chicken on the each slice of bread. Love a good grilled cheese, but not one thats $16. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

HORRIBLE! Placed online order, drove 30+ minutes in pouring rain to nearest Panera from Marion and picked up at drive-thru. To my mistake, I only checked one half of wrapped sandwich to notice missing ingredients BUT apparently before driving ALL the way back to Marion I should have checked both halves because I had TWO entirely different breads for the SAME sandwich…huh??? First time at this location with desire to try the Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich for the first time. They weren’t even busy. No one is visiting in all that rain (except for me unfortunately) SO NO EXCUSES for this service! Totally disappointed because I’m not driving back to have corrected.

I’m a platinum dasher. I got a DoorDash here and the employees said the order was already picked up. DoorDash told me to tell them to remake the order since it was obviously stolen. They refused to remake the order making my completion rate to go down causing me to now be a silver dasher. So now my money is directly effected because you can’t do your dam job.
I love Panera Bread. I recently broke my hip and ordered online so i could pickup at the window and not have to use crutches going in. Apparently, i didnt select the correct option to pickup at the window. They told me the food was ready, but they couldnt pass it thru the window because of theft. I offered my drivers license and the card i used to pay. The clerk said, no - i had to walk in, its the policy. There was no handicapped parking available, so i crutched on in. Since i had a drink and a bag of food, i was going to have to make two trips. Another opportunity for a good customer service person to offer help. NOPE. They were sorry for my troubles. Fortunately, two other DISGUSTED customers nearby, offered to help me out to the car. While i appreciate policy (having managed a huge Cust Facing team before), any smart manager holds compassion over policy.....nobody ever gets fired for that. Very disappointing.
