I ate at this location a few days ago and was helped by this girl with pigtails (if I recall correctly her name tag said Noel or Noelle?), she was very sweet and helpful!! overall great service, food was tasty, and atmosphere was awesome!!
Delivery sandwich was missing addition. Called the store, spoke with the manager and the sandwich was remade and at my house in under 15 minutes. Delivered by the manager. Excellent customer service.
Love Panera! But Morganton location needs improvement. Went through the drive through and employees are cutting up behind window. The attendant forgot half our order and had I to go back. Person inside was really sympathetic but all other employees were hiding around the corner laughing while no manager in sight. The food was warm barley by now.
