They were rude as hell to my Husband. When he got back to the car the sandwich was smashed and a complete mess scattered everywhere. We got no napkins and when he went to eat his sub he said it didnt taste right. So he threw his whole footlong away. My sandwich was covered in mustard getting it all over my hands.... again no napkins. The drink machine was out of everything but lemonade and cherry coke. Do not go to this location. Shitty service and shitty food.

Mobile order at lunch time, item was ready when I arrived but not at pickup location. Finally was asked and got my order. Sandwich was made wrong, wrong meat, not toasted, no lettuce. Order details are printed on the tickets, how hard can it be? If you’re out of something, have the decency to inform the customer.

The girl had the shield up so I couldn't see the meat and cheese section I went to get my drink and everything was empty except un-swertened ice tea and Pepsi those were your choices.

The gentleman that was working today at 5:40 and started preparing my sandwich was awesome but he left anda lady took over, assuming she was the manager. Don't remember her name long hair very rude. I asked for vinegar and oil she had not even a squirt of oil and said that was all she had they had no more. I was the only person in the store and she rushed me out. When she came in the guy had been there working by himself I don't know how long she had been going or where she was but when she came back she was of no help. It was the dryest sandwich I've ever had and the vegetables tasted spoiled. The bread crumbled and had white mold. I pointed out to her while I was standing there that the cucumbers and tomatoes had white frostbite mold and she ignored me and said what else would you like. She was ready for me to go the man that she had to start making my sandwich. I do not recommend eating here unless you want food poisoning.

Their district manager Renata is beyond unprofessional, threatening and trying to instigate fights with customers. Accusing customers of horrid things, and seems to know drug dealers which is craaazzzyyy. And all over a refund. You all should know the screenshots are everywhere as that is how I was informed about this. Everyone is talking about it. As well as reading a post that she herself posted. I find it strange a district manager is handling business and messaging customers as if she owns and speaks for the entire company. I find that abhorrent and frankly Ratchet.

Usually only one person working at the busiest times causing long lines and wait times. They were also out of many things too; breads, drinks, napkins. Very clear the franchisee doesn't care about their store or employees.

We arrived at 12:00 to find a line with 7 people ahead of us. We were short on time. One lady was working in the entire place. We left 25 minutes later with 4 people ahead of us in line. Maybe the owner of the place can crack open his wallet one day and hire enough staff to operate a restaurant but until then, stay away.

This is the fourth time I have made an online order it's not even started at the "ready" time. The Subway app is almost as deficient as this restaurant. This will be my last visit here. I keep falling for it, but this is it. I'm pretty sure if the managers actually read the reviews, they truly don't care.
