Rude is not the word I ordered on line get to the store and they said that theyHad no order it took around 30 minutes to get my orderI would never recommend this Subway to anyone.

Placed an online order to be picked up at 645. It was showing as ready. It is 715 and my husband is still waiting. Even after letting them know he was there they continued to fix 8 different peoples order before starting ours.

The staff is always friendly but I’ve been three times recently and they have been out of something every single time. The first time they were out of the chips I get, second time they were out of Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. And today they were out of the SAME chips and the only bread they had was wheat. The bread is literally warmed in the back, they just won’t take the time to do it.

My sandwich artist was brand new. First day on the job, nervous and fumbling. I asked for mayonnaise, and he accidentally grabbed the ranch... (I took my sandwich with ranch instead of traumatizing the poor guy even more than he already was, and honestly, it wasn't bad!) Went back a few weeks later, and he was there. He made me my perfect sandwich with mayonnaise this time and wasn't even nervous! I will be going back

Absolutely the worst service ever. Not only were they out of most meats but totally didn't make my subat all . After a 20 min wait. Never ever going back. Total incompetence.

I am new in the area/state and was my 1st time at this location, the reviews were not good about customer service, but since I love subway i decided to give it a shot, and I am happy I did, I still love subway and the 2 young attendant were really good, they were very professional, attentive, followed up everysingle instruction... excelent customer service and the same good as always sub! Thank you keep it up!

Friendly and fast. Food is what you would expect at a subway but they seem to have fresher vegetables and their meat isn't dry. Been coming here for months now and I usually wait about 10 times before I give a review. All in all I can't complain. They're great. Whoever the store manager is keep doing what you're doing.

WORST experience ever. I placed an Online order(that's important to note) and it said "Ready at 530pm"---So I got there at 530 KNOWING it wouldn't be ready. What I didn't realize is that our 4 subs which were toasted, were being "leap frogged" over by in store customers. Constantly. There was never not a line of 4+ people. When I arrived I let them know I was here for the online order, He said it's almost ready. 20 mins later they haven't moved an inch. They were Steak n Cheese subs and Meatball Subs, ALREADY toasted. For 20 mins they got leap frogged. Finally I asked "Helllooo...Can mine Please be finished???" They're response "Well, it's just the 2 of us and we're busy." YES, I agree yall are busy BUT...BUT I've already paid and my subs are cold now. These people can wait b/c They haven't paid yet. Please finish my subs. The snarls began. I was Never rude or yelled, But WOW....Finish a paying order first!! NOW, I'm home and my toasted subs are cold and almost inedible. OH, and worst part...The paper bag with handles broke when I picked it up sending my subs on the floor.I will be Happy to email/send reciept to local store owner if contacted.
