I couldn't get anything cuz she said she was too busy doing everything else
Placed a mobile order. Was not ready when I arrived and I was late. Asked to cancel and get a refund, wasn’t handled and then can’t get anyone on the phone.
It’s not really the employees fault when you only have 1 person working and expect them to handle lunch rush and mobile orders.
Go to the Rutherford College store. Morganton Subways are run down and always out of most items.
Chad and Hannah are fabulous employees! So sweet and professional and made my girlfriend and I wonderful sandwichs!
We stopped in on our way to Sanford and had an amazing experience! Hannah and Chad were great. Amazing teamwork, menu knowledge and customer oriented! We will be back on our way home. For the record Hannah is NOT RUDE, you guys are probably Karens
The employee named Hannah was very rude. I came in asked for Italian herb and cheese, she interrupted me and rudely said they don’t have it. I asked what they had and I ended up asking for white bread. So I asked for The Boss, and she rudely said they don’t have meatballs. She was very disrespectful about the whole interaction.
RUDE. I came in at 11:30 and the worker named Hannah was absolutely disgustingly rude it was ridiculous. Don’t go to Burkemont Subway if you want nice service, good food and just decent respect.
My order is never ready due to them being out of ingredients every time.

Seems to me that all the employees at the subway at Burkemont Ave should go through food safety certification again since NONE of them know IT.
I will never GO TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN

Placed a mobile order, paid for it, then when we got there to pick it up the doors were locked and no one would come to the door. Never got a refund.
Really bad customer service put In an order for pick up I get there and the girl told me she didn’t have something’s that I ordered when there than when I get home and the food isn’t even made right I called and the girl told me she didn’t tell me cause she didn’t have time to prep and that she should have told me didn’t offer to fix the problem or refund well not go back for the money I spend rude as hell and didn’t even put cheese on the sandwiches just meat lettuce mayonnaise not even what I asked for
Greedy manager only schedules one person - so we waited almost 20 minutes for 1 sub. On top of that she is instructed to make us wait while she fills online orders. This store is a disaster - avoid it!
Ordered 2 steak and cheese footlongs. The woman in there seemed to be training the young man. She kept telling him to ring them up as The Philly.. I repeatedly told her I didn't want extra cheese so just ring it up as a steak and cheese. She thought I was upset because I didn't want extra cheese, interrupted me trying to explain it to the guy ringing me up... then said just don't worry about the extra cheese. MA'AM I DONT CARE ABOUT THE EXTRA CHEESE. I JUST DONT WANT TO PAY OVER $1 MORE FOR EACH BECAUSE THEY CALL FOR EXTRA CHEESE THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR🙃 AND THEN SHE DIDN'T EVEN PUT EXTRA CHEESE. IT MAY JUST BE A BAD DAY, BUT GET IT TOGETHER..🥴
