I came in to subway today on my 30 minute lunch break, I asked for a 6 inch Italian herbs and cheese with black forrest ham and provolone cheese, the young red/pink headed girl who came to the counter was extremely rude immediately. She asked what cheese I wanted and I said provolone for a second time, only to realize when it was too late that she took my initial request for provolone as “pepperoni”, I did NOT ask for pepperoni, she absolutely drowns my sub in mayonnaise to a point I had to ask her to stop, then I was charged for double meat at the register which made no sense to me until I got back to work and realized she put pepperoni that I didn’t ask for on my sandwich, and her attitude was so poor she didn’t ask to clarify, she never smiled, never said hello, thank you, nothing. This honestly was the worst subway experience I’ve ever had and I didn’t have time to go return the sandwich once I returned to work, not that I’d want to deal with her attitude for a second time to get the correct sandwich…..I got charged $11+ for a 6 inch sandwich that was made incorrectly. Im pregnant so its very rare that ill get subway, as we have to have heated deli meats, but we’re not supposed to consume pepperoni while pregnant so this was a waste of money for me entirely. Not to mention they said they had absolutely no straws in the whole building.

Every single time I have been to this Subway since I moved to Morganton a year ago, the employees have been the most miserable, rude, and hateful people I have ever been around in food service. They seemingly hate their jobs and one middle-aged white male employee in particular that is in there 9/10 times I have been in there is absolutely insufferable and hateful to customers as well as his coworkers. He unfortunately was in there tonight. If I knew what he drove I wouldn’t even walk in. They don’t cut or even fold the sandwiches, they quite literally just make the sandwich and wad it up and expect you to eat it without it being cut, I assume. This place is a waste of a remodel. I can understand this being an issue once or twice; everyone has bad days. However, this is a multiple time occurance.

This man who works here made my sandwich couple days ago really sloppy with a bad attitude and rude tone. Really not in their work ethic, I will not come back to this place from how he badly he treated towards me. Can’t believe how he still works here after what he does. Would give a 0 if I had an option.

Clearly there's no management here! The guy behind the counter was really nice but there were many issues there. For starters my sub was not made like a sandwich is was made like a taco and extremely hard to eat. They only have white and wheat bread nothing else. No mayonnaise either except for packets. Very difficult to eat this sandwich when I'm on the run with it being made like a taco. My chips were stail due to them being busted. I wasn't aware of this till after I had left. I ended up throwing half of it away cause of the mess and so disappointing. I've never been this displeased with a subway before. Probably won't return either.

This place is a whole joke!! The company is a waste of business! They hire people and fire people for nothing and have the nerve to text them that they are fired!! They are completely UNPROFESSIONAL and all the Subways in MORGANTON, NC need to be closed down!!!

And it just looked real unorganized. letuce all in the tomatoes just looks like they didn't care to keep things clean an organized. They look like they absolutely hated their jobs

I went to this Subway location and ordered a 6-inch sub. The price on the menu board was $7.69. At the register I was charged $9.60. When I pointed out the price discrepancy, the young woman said the board had not been updated. I pointed out the posted price again. She said there was nothing she could do. This was the 1st time in 2 years I went to this location because of previous poor service. I will not visit this location again.
