I decided to go in and make my order because the drive-thru was backed up because the drive through was backed up. I made my order on one of the self-service screens and then it took 30 minutes or so for me to get my order. There wasn't a 2 or 3 of us in the lobby. They're hard to have been 7 or 8 people working.
Thankfully the food was absolutely delicious, as usual, which didn't really make up for the long wait but tried to.
Obviously I will go back to Taco bell, regardless of the wait times, because their food is pretty damn good.

They were rude. Had to stand there and wait forever for a mobile order. But it wasn't very busy so I don't quite understand it other than they must make the food hot. But they have $3 steak zesty or cheesy burritos. And also when they put the bags on the shelf for the mobile orders the lady turned them backwards so you couldn't read the names you had to be behind the counter to read them. Kind of counterproductive.

the last 2 times i ordered doordash from this store they left my nachos out of my order. the food is always cold and not very heated at all. the cheese is never really melted. i understand that doordash orders are not prioritized but that doesn’t mean they can’t make sure the order is correct.

The only issue I have with TB is the Hot Sauce. Been eating at Taco Bell for 20 years. When I first started eating there they would give you enough Hot Sauce for each item in the bag. They act like you are robbing them if you ask for any amount.
