This place is terrible I went in to cashier that was a guy ask for my order said they was working on it and left me standing for 15 minutes then someone else came and gave me the food that's been on the counter the whole time I been standing there I was upset so food was getting cold

Entire building full of smoke, couldn’t pick up mobile order inside as I couldn’t get the attention of anyone working, had to get back in my car and go through the drive through to have anyone pay attention to me. Food was good though….

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and a beefy 5 layer burrito. Burrito with no sour cream, and it was noted on the receipt. I recieved a poorly cut quesadilla and a burrito full of sour cream. I ordered in drive thru, so I couldn't check my order until I was back at work. Drive through attendant was very nice and polite.
I called to ask a question, and Amanda Hall answered and was extremely rude and unprofessional saying why I would call to ask if they accepted a specific kind of credit card for payment. She shouldn’t be able to work in customer service with that kind of attitude
