Great ice cream very nice ppl but the HOURS AND DAYS SUCK. I'm sorry but the only 2 DAYS u can even get the rolled ice cream they open late and close early plus on THE ONLY OTHER DAY THEY ARE EVEN OPEN 3 OUT OF 7 DAYS A WEEK U CANT EVEN GET THE ROLLED ICE CREAM SO I ASK U ALL WHAT IS EVEN THE POINT BC THE ONLY 3 DAYS THEY ARE OPEN THERE ARE ALWAYS SO MANY DANG PPL THERE U EITHER CANT GET IN THE DOOR OR ITS JUST TO CROWDED AND THIS IS BECAUSE THERE ONLY EVER BEING OPEN FOR 3 DAYS A WEEK AND ONLY A TOTAL OF 15 HOURS ALL WEEK LONG????????????? HOW THE HECK IS EVERYBODY EVER GOING TO GET A CHANCE TO EVEN GO THERE IM SORRY BUT THIS PLACE COULD BE BAGGIN AND MAKE A TON OF PROFIT IF THEY WOULD JUST FIND A WAY TO OPEN EVERY DAY THEN THEY WOULD MAKE LOTS OF MONEY AND HAPPY LOYAL CUSTOMERS HECK IF THEY WERE EVEN I WOULD STOP AT LEAST ONCE MAYBE EVEN TWICE OR 3× A DAY ON THE WAY TO WORK, LUNCH, AND THE WAY HOME LOL BC LIKE I SAID THEY ARE AMAZING ALL EXCEPT FOR THE HOURS!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised about the rolled ice cream. A must try

Tried to go to get some rolled ice cream today and when we got there only one employee was working trying to keep up with orders. We waited 15 mins only to be told they don't do rolled ice cream on sundays.... the place is literally called toasted and rolled! For only being open 4 days a week it seems that they are not well managed. I felt bad for the employee.

I went to try the viral mason jar, they told me they didn’t do mason jars and still charged me full price and all I got was a milkshake and a side of cheese cake. It just not good, and over rated. I paid $30 just for 2 milkshakes. Could of went to a luxury ice cream place and got a better quality “milkshake”

The rolled ice cream is not as hyped as people made it out to be. 3/10 different flavor would have probably made it 5/10

Never again! I don't usually complain about anything, but I feel like I need to say something. This is our fifth time, that me and my daughter tried to get ice-cream rolles, as the name of the shop is, and the staff refuses to serve us. Each time they have had an excuse to not do their job. And it is very disappointing because this used to be our favorite ice-cream place since we moved here, when the owners were the ones running it, and we never had any issues. But the kids that y'all leave in charge now, are not doing any good to your business.

The ice cream is really good! I like the dark chocolate raspberry. I really wish there was music or something to make the atmosphere less dull. Everyone just sits in silence while waiting for their ice cream.

A clean establishment with friendly staff, and the treats are so amazing. I love that you can get a souvenir cup with the logo. Very child friendly and fairly priced.

I got the coffee bliss and my daughter got worms and dirt. They were made poorly. Mine had peanut butter chips instead of chocolate and it tasted gross. We were really disappointed.

Loved it! The ice cream was delicious, we loved watching the worker make it, the venue was nice and clean, and they had so many good options!

Parking: There is a parking lot behind the building; just walk through the wonderful alley to pop out right next to the building!

Cool concept, cool location. The ice cream was delicious. So 3 stars for that.
It's always a treat to walk in and see the guy at the front pulling back his beautiful, super curly hair all over the counter. Like, head down - throws head back to get it all up in a pony. Oh wait, he's just taking the money and not making the ice cream....nice. No worries. 5 min later I see him scooping the ice cream. No gloves, nothing. Managers, if you have teenagers/early 20's running the place please have oversight in cleanliness and just basic sanitary issues 101.

There were only 3-4 rolls in the bowl, the whipped cream was melted and runny and toppings were missing. I paid $7 + a good tip for about $3 worth of ice cream.
