Wings were so salty couldn't eat them. Still was charged for them. Waitress needs more training

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Truly terrible

We were the only 2 people in the restaurant but one guy eating at the counter . We ordered then a family of 4 came in and then another person . They all got serviced before us . We were there over 2 hours . The waitress took our order and we asked for a glass of water and wine. She bought the wine no water. Then when everyone else that came after us was had their food she said ours would be out shortly. Another 20 minutes later we got our food . And the water . Then she told us the chef got the orders mixed up and ours was last. We were the only people in the place when we ordered except for the person at the counter which already had his order . I order a hamburger with fries . I ask for ketchup and didn’t get it until the fries which were just warm to begin with until they were cold . To say the least we will never be back . Terrible!!!!

We only had two complaints when we ate there one it was one server and I think she was overwhelmed too. When we got back to our rooms with our desserts all of them had mold on them back side of cheesecake and top of the peanut butter explosion we also as we said at our tables in German roach crawled up on it. That will be the last time I eat There.

Update: Still the same. Just visited this weekend. Really good food and service. Also had a glass of wine with dinner. It was lovely. Had cheesecake and coffee for desert. If you havent been here yet, give it a try. Good Italian food! Good people.

Bella Vino has a good selection of Italian mixed with some Greek flare. If you can't decide where to go, this is a great choice.

I’ve dined here many times and I’ve never had any issues. Today, I dine here and I’m told if they gave me anymore sugar they would have to charge me. I eat my spaghetti with sugar and I order the same thing each time I eat here. I didn’t hear from my server outside of ordering my food and asking her for sugar.

We stopped in hoping to try a new place and it was absolutely dead at dinner time, but no big deal, the menu looked good. The waitress was nice, but she said they were out of a lot of wines, which is why we came to the wine bar. We managed to find some wines and ordered food, but while we were waiting a baby cockroach crawled across the wall from behind the booth. My husband killed it, and when I looked at the floor there was another one on the ground, so we ended up canceling our order and leaving.

The shrimp Alfred had tiny shrimp that were tasteless. Mixed with a few token pieces of regular shrimp. Kinda cheap.
The chef needs to step up his game.
Not the first time I’ve been disappointed here.
I’m not encouraged to return.

Made reservation for 7 at Noon on a Saturday. Kinda expected it would be busy but there was no one in the place. There was one waitress and if I had to guess I would say 1 person in the kitchen.
We started with the idea and picked this place because we felt it would serve wine as it is called a wine garden. However, there was no wine to be had. Waitress claimed they were between vendors. Not a spec of alcohol to be had. Very disappointed as we were celebrating. We ordered 5 appetizers that took easily 45 minutes to come out and were not good and cold when they did come out. Portion size was ok. I figured if it took that long to get appetizers then we should put lunch order in immediately so we wouldn't have so long a wait. Order consisted of 3 hamburgers, 3 pasta dishes (the same meal) and one sub sandwich. Can only speak on my and friends burgers. One burger looked like it was a good size patty and friend enjoyed it. My burger and other burger were the size of a mcdonalds mcdouble patty. Burgers and fries were cold and all the burgers was cooked well done. There wasn't enough burger there to cook it anything but well. The bun was far bigger than the patty. About 1 1/2 hour into our lunch there was finally another customer that came in. Originally I had asked if we could be seated outside but was told they only had 4 top tables outside. However, once in the restaurant the outside area was actually closed. Probably because there was no staff. Will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.

We ate dinner there tonight and Richard was great! He was attentive and made great reccomendations on the menu. Their Pasta Ala Vodka was phenomenal and one of the best versions of that sauce I have ever had.

We had the salad and the Italian sub. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Thank you!
