Food was great. One nice kid took our order. Manger said “Where is all my cashiers” after we finally got our food and sat down. Then I went back up there and she was just sitting there chatting away looking straight at me multiple times.

I use to love zaxbys years ago but now I know why I stopped coming here.. this place smells incredibly bad when you first walk in and does not look clean anymore.. and the chicken tenders are very stringy and tough .. 🤮

As of 9/22/25 At the drive-through there is a big sign that says giant quesadilla/fajita chicken, bacon and ranch. I have been now three times through the drive-through within the past 2 weeks. at which point whoever is working Tells me they are discontinued to no longer available. That doesn’t make any sense to me . I know that menu items come and go, but if it’s on the sign, it should still be available. Two weeks later and yes, I told whoever was at the drive-through window and they just referred it up to their management and said it was their responsibility. A little disappointed, but I will continue to go because I enjoy Zaxby’s food.

I got the Zax Snak and it was an inexpensive but filling meal. The service was quick. The chicken was hot and fresh, the fries and texas toast were good on the side. The restrooms were clean too. We popped in here in the middle of a long road trip and it really hit the spot.

Had to wait on my order that was placed ahead of time in app. Drove home and wasn’t even close to what I ordered. This is ridiculous when they had no one even eating at the restaurant. This is someone being lazy and not paying attention.

One of the best fast food salads.

This place is a joke. Showed up one hour before closing time and was told that they “wasn’t making any more shakes.” Got up to the drive-thru to be told that they didn’t have any more sweet tea. The person handed us our food without saying a word to us. To give credit where it’s due, our order was correct. I’ll drive the extra distance to Hickory.

What a great experience. I stop in occasionally on lunch and customer service is always great. The manager Ashley came to check on me as well as other customers after sitting down, to see if I needed a refill, or any extra condiments. She offered to take my tray when I was finished. She has converted Zaxbys into fine dining almost haha. Great job team. Keep it up. This city needs more employees and managers like you.
