Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Cant count! Third time I have ordered a 10 piece wing and always get 9. There wings are not cheap and to not get your full order is irritating.

Go through the drive thru to get my supper for work. Have to wait 2-3 min to order pull to the window and have to pull into a parking spot to wait on food. Absolutely ridiculous. Several other cars came through after me and were able to get there food immediately

It was dirty. The dude in the back wasn’t wearing a hair net and was seen picking his hair. Floor was filthy and looks like they were scraping the bottom of the barrel of people working there. The cashier had a nose ring and bottom lip ring. He stared at his monitor and I couldn’t tell if he was hearing me or not thus making me repeat myself. And I ordered a salad and it was very small. I love me some Zaxby’s and always enjoyed good people and clean environment. But this one left a bad taste in my mouth.

It's nothing like it used to be. Chicken wings are really dry. And everything tastes over salted. I used to love going there, but the last few times, I have been disappointed. I don't think I need to go again to find out if things have changed. It's too expensive for hit or miss days. And it is expensive for the type of food and quality. If someone cooking is big on salt, that's fine for them, but not everyone is. Don't cook to your liking cook and season, especially to a normal standard.

I usually don’t right reviews for most places I go but this was the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been in between the nastiness of store and the attitude of the few employees I interacted with.

If in Morganton contact the franchise owners.They dump salt on the chicken all the time unprovoked just pure evil and a reflection of their family seeing as how there are a lot of teens or maybe just slow minded. Food is a waste, refuse to give order specifications correctly: ketchup, strawberry lemonade, salad no bacon,.. explains your life right there. They are ruining Zaxby's reputation.

Some older lady named Millie Coffey RUINED my HOLE DINNING EXPERIENCE SOME TEENAGERS WHERE THERE AN HAD GOTTEN JUST A LIL LOUD AND THIS LADY TOOK IT APONE HERSELF TO ACT OUT AND STICK HER NOSE INTO THOSE TEENS BUSINESS FOR NO REASON OTHER THEN TO RUIN THERE MEALS JUST BECAUSE THEY WERE BEING TEENAGERS MILLIE COFFEE RUINED EVERYONE'S EXPERIENCE IN EVERYONE'S DINNER WITH OUR TRIFLING WAYS AND ACTION LIKE SHE DID THERE WAS NO CALL FOR IT AND I THINK SHE SHOULD BE BAND FOR LIFE
