Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Believe the reviews. Cold cheese curds and burnt egg rolls. No sauce. No thanks. Will never be back again. Waste of money.

I got the Zax Snak and it was an inexpensive but filling meal. The service was quick. The chicken was hot and fresh, the fries and texas toast were good on the side. The restrooms were clean too. We popped in here in the middle of a long road trip and it really hit the spot.

Had to wait on my order that was placed ahead of time in app. Drove home and wasn’t even close to what I ordered. This is ridiculous when they had no one even eating at the restaurant. This is someone being lazy and not paying attention.

One of the best fast food salads.

This place is a joke. Showed up one hour before closing time and was told that they “wasn’t making any more shakes.” Got up to the drive-thru to be told that they didn’t have any more sweet tea. The person handed us our food without saying a word to us. To give credit where it’s due, our order was correct. I’ll drive the extra distance to Hickory.

What a great experience. I stop in occasionally on lunch and customer service is always great. The manager Ashley came to check on me as well as other customers after sitting down, to see if I needed a refill, or any extra condiments. She offered to take my tray when I was finished. She has converted Zaxbys into fine dining almost haha. Great job team. Keep it up. This city needs more employees and managers like you.

Cant count! Third time I have ordered a 10 piece wing and always get 9. There wings are not cheap and to not get your full order is irritating.

Go through the drive thru to get my supper for work. Have to wait 2-3 min to order pull to the window and have to pull into a parking spot to wait on food. Absolutely ridiculous. Several other cars came through after me and were able to get there food immediately

It was dirty. The dude in the back wasn’t wearing a hair net and was seen picking his hair. Floor was filthy and looks like they were scraping the bottom of the barrel of people working there. The cashier had a nose ring and bottom lip ring. He stared at his monitor and I couldn’t tell if he was hearing me or not thus making me repeat myself. And I ordered a salad and it was very small. I love me some Zaxby’s and always enjoyed good people and clean environment. But this one left a bad taste in my mouth.
