I got the Zax Snak and it was an inexpensive but filling meal. The service was quick. The chicken was hot and fresh, the fries and texas toast were good on the side. The restrooms were clean too. We popped in here in the middle of a long road trip and it really hit the spot.

What a great experience. I stop in occasionally on lunch and customer service is always great. The manager Ashley came to check on me as well as other customers after sitting down, to see if I needed a refill, or any extra condiments. She offered to take my tray when I was finished. She has converted Zaxbys into fine dining almost haha. Great job team. Keep it up. This city needs more employees and managers like you.

It's nothing like it used to be. Chicken wings are really dry. And everything tastes over salted. I used to love going there, but the last few times, I have been disappointed. I don't think I need to go again to find out if things have changed. It's too expensive for hit or miss days. And it is expensive for the type of food and quality. If someone cooking is big on salt, that's fine for them, but not everyone is. Don't cook to your liking cook and season,...
