OK let me be honest.I've been a loyal customer who kept coming back to this restaurant.Not because of their service, and not because of their atmosphere.The essence of a spicy hotpot is the spicy broth.While I'll admit all other hotpot restaurants nearby are superior in service and atmosphere....12 Ji is just in a league of its own in terms of broth.I know they can't survive on broth alone. Service and even food selection/quality are going to drop if business doesn't...
This is my second time visit. First time in March it was so impressive. But we went then recently was a little disappointed. The food is not as fresh as before. Easy to park your car.
One of the most traditional and tasty hot pot I ever ate in America, taste just like my childhood back in Chengdu. Highly recommend their beef which has bunch of variety and the best quality I ever ate! Most importantly is super valuable highly recommend! ?
