My first time here and it will be my last. I ordered avocado toast for myself and a coffee for my son. "Do you see the mess I made?" Oops, no problem..."Let me clean everything up before getting to work." I can't there is no napkin(s) in my bag. Figure that no napkin with your order.

I saw a new monkey business flavor - banana ice cream with oreo chunks and peanut butter swirls and knew I had to try it asap! I stopped by this location after working out and quickly scanned the case and didn't see the label for my flavor, but when I asked the associate, he redirected me to the one tub that just didn't have a tag so that was a relief! I ordered a single scoop in a cup with whipped cream and fortunately was able to use my dunkin app balance.
I took my scoop outside to enjoy. There was another family and one other guy sitting alone, but playing a video on his phone full volume.
The ice cream itself was pretty good, although I think I came across a couple freezer-burned sections, just a few bites had an icy crunch that I didn't really enjoy,
Also, for the price - kind of absurd. The single scoop was $4+, and the whipped cream was an upcharge too which I honestly didn't expect.
It's just the kind of pricing I would expect for a small, local mom/pop shop...not a nationwide chain. And for the quality and size of the scoop, definitely not worth it.
Service was great though - he let me sample a couple other flavors (pumpkin cheesecake and a caramel swirl).
A bit of a let down altogether though; knowing my sweet tooth, I' probably give it another go, but just with lower, more realistic expectations.

Don’t publish fake deals On 14 Th they published ad saying scoop is free but I was trying to order from 11 am till 5 but it never loaded to check out page . Shame on you guys for cheap publicity

I was so excited to see a Baskin Robbins while visiting the area -- hadn't been to one in years! Asked for a one scoop hot fudge sundae w/ nuts and cherry. They don't have cherries - I can deal with that. Clearly, the high school kid had not been trained properly -- he tried though -- I don't blame him. He made it as though I'd ordered chocolate syrup as a garnish -- first the ice cream, then a huge amount of whipped cream lightly sprinkled with some stale nuts and then (after microwaving the tube of chocolate syrup) drizzled it over the mound of whipped cream. It kept falling off because he started with a one scoop cup that wasn't meant for a hot fudge sundae. He ended up placing it inside a larger cup and tried again to drizzle the whipped cream with chocolate syrup. Sooooo disappointing!

Came in and ordered 3 milkshakes, all of them were over blended and didn’t taste good! If no one knew how to make a milkshake then it could’ve been stated!! Maybe “hey we don’t have anyone to make the milkshakes at the moment” could’ve been offered instead of butchering the

We were from out of town for a tournament and ordered a cake for a birthday on the main website. Said they were open until 9. We selected pickup at 8. Order confirmation said 8. Came to pick up and closed. No call no email. Left the next morning so no cake. Called CS twice now and total runaround and store won’t respond to issue. Terrible customer service. Won’t ever shop Baskin Robbins again. Nearby Dairy Queen was open so got a makeshift one there and they were awesome. Save yourself, go DQ

I’ve gone here multiple times and these guys are very rude. They always mess up the order and if we ask the reason they will not give the proper answer. Better, go to some other store.

This location is a joke, I’ve gone here three different times and my order has either been messed up or I’ve received terrible service and genuine rude instances. I’ve never had any of these problems at any other location, just go to a different store.

Awful. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Went through drive through as doors were locked. Was told milk shakes could be in flavor of any ice cream. Asked for a mint chocolate chip shake. It took 15+ minutes to make. Watched 3 or 4 young girls on their phones during this period standing around. No manager apparently. I took one sip and got watery milk. The shake was milk, with ice and a scoop of perhaps cookies and cream. Awful. As I had left the shopping center I just threw it in the trash.
