Recently ate here while waiting for a flight. The regular menu and breakfast items were being offered at the same time. It was just before 7:30 am, and I'm not really a breakfast food person, so I ordered a hot dog and fries. I was trying to figure out how to use the kiosk at first when a lady cheerfully offered to take my order at the counter. She took my order quickly, correctly, and politely. For anyone in Corporate, Randel at the Burgerfi and Jason’s deli kiosk is a leader! He was a mainstay on the cook line but in the time of need stepped up to support a full bar of patrons. On the fly, he learned how to pour beer, helped out the orders, cleaned, and engaged customers with a full list of orders to also attend to. Kudos to Randel he makes this place function at 100%.
