Service is slow with no communication being given to waiting customers. The “manager” (or supervisor) Noah was incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought up the long wait with no explanation. He was also very rude to the women in front of me to hurry her up after making us all wait. I will not be going back.
We’re not from here, we LOVE Chipotle, we get it all the time in Texas. We went to the first Chipotle our GPS pulled up, that night the place was filthy! I figured maybe it was because they were closing. Their were no plastic utensils, tables were DISGUSTING, floors were DISGUSTING, , My chips were stale (she did replace them-after that I threw them away because those were stale as well) Employees were friendly :) But how we ended up there again today we don’t know. This location was not very clean or friendly. I waited in line for 10 minutes and when I got to the front they told me they would not make a large quesadilla for me. I’ve ordered it many times in the past for my kids prior to this but the server said that was now only an online feature. I had to leave and get food at another restaurant because he didn’t offer me any other solutions and he was very rude about it.
