My pasta only had spinach but I ordered it spinach+steak+onions. The lady who answered the phone was VERY rude and unpleasant. Well honestly most the staff lacked customer service skills. She was acting as if I was lying about being able to have those items added online. I’m basically just posting as proof which I offered her over the phone but she rejected. The pizza was aesthetically appealing at least but wasn’t even cut into slices. I had to do it myself. The green peppers were all charred and crispy like jerky.

Bad service, they are not responding properly. I gave an order to pick up and it shows it's ready to up and I came for pickup the food now they are saying it's preparing. Not sure How they are treating. And they are responding worse. Instead we can choose another store as a better idea.

Zero stars is what I would give but this isn’t an option! Don’t walk but run from this restaurant! We placed an order at 3:45pm for 5 pizzas plus soda to be ready at 5pm for our daughter’s 12th birthday. We went to the restaurant to pick up the pizza (after receiving a motivation via the tracker that the order was ready). First, they said that the order wasn’t ready. After 10 minutes, they said that they couldn’t find the order. And, then they finally said that they hadn’t received the order. We left the restaurant with no food for the birthday party. No one from the restaurant even bothered to call. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. I’ve since just deleted the app because we will not be buying from this establishment again.

Great pizza, looks like the staff is working really hard during COVID to keep themselves and customers safe, wearing masks and other precautions. Glad to see them caring about the health of everyone. Will be back again soon.

Ordered a pizza from "AI" Sarah and didn't get my order right. I ordered one pizza and the AI couldn't get it right.. let me talk to a human
I placed an order, it took two hours to deliver it. Guess what? There were items missing on my order. When I called the store, the lady that answered the phone told me that they were offering to give me a credit and deliver the item in my next order, because they were short staffed. Unacceptable, then she said that they can deliver the missing items, but it was going to take an extra hour, because driver forgot to drop off my order. Never again…

Recently moved into an apartment complex in the area and was pooped from the move. Placed an order at this Dominos on Chapel Hill Road. Arrived home to find that my order was partially correct and that I was given another customer’s order. I made my way back to the store , notified the staff that my order was incorrect. I displayed my order via the Dominos app to the staff member assisting me. He took my order and indicated that it would be a 10-15 minute wait. There was no apology for the mistake. As I sat in the store I watched both employees touch customer’s orders with their hands , one of which handled transactions with customers. As I continued to watch, the staff member grabbed an apron and began to walk towards the area where customer’s ordered were prepared. I asked the staff member if he could wash his hands which he replied “Oh, I was just looking at the screen.” I then watched the delivery driver come in from making deliveries and walk over to the area where customer’s orders are cut and packaged. RIDICULOUS!!!!!! I wish Google gave the option of zero stars.

I drive 18 minutes to come to this Dominoes passing one in walking distance to my home. Britney and the entire crew provided great service and fresh pizza. This store wears gloves and being in healthcare for 25 years, I was amazed and proud of them for taking the extra step in cleanliness!! This store is very busy and to witness this crew working together as a strong team to ensure everyone was taken care of displayed the true meaning of teamwork!!!! Special thanks to the gentleman who made my pizza to perfection ?
