We love Kilwins! The staff is always friendly, the ice-cream is really yummy, and the place is always clean! This location is small though and there isn't any indoor seating, but there's a few tables right outside you can use. However, since this is a shopping center, other people may be using the seating area.
I liked 3 things about the place which always helps me decide if a place should be visited again or not.1. The courtesy of the staff. The girls working here were really sweet. They were genuinely happy helping my kids to decide with smiles on faces all the while on a hot afternoon.2. The cleanliness and ambience. One of the best ice cream spots I've been too since moving to Cary. Me and my husband went there for our first time and we're back a few days later to try new flavors ! Would highly recommend. Their staff is incredibly friendly, patient and welcoming, the shop has great ambience as well.
