They charged me extra for 2 chai lattes and 2 wake up wraps. They charged me $19.84. They are scammers, then when I told them they were laughing then they were like I ain’t dealing with this today and they left. That’s why I am leaving this review. They also did not give receipts.

If you are going to close before the 9pm closing time you should update your door signage and apps like Google Map to reflect the time you actually to lock the doors. While in the parking lot on way back to my car, I informed to other separate customers that you closed early. Guess business is good.Additional Note: Noticed as I left they took an order through the drive through. Too bad the people in the store who saw me couldn’t be bothered to wave me to the drive through. Very annoyed.

I went to get a small vanilla hot coffee and I waited 40 minutes before I asked if I could please have my coffee being that I have already waited 40 minutes. If they where busy I could have understood the wait but there was 2 people in the lobby and 1 car in the drive through ? These front of the store people need more training in customer service

Employees are nice, even when really busy. But the store is a pigsty. The dining area is filthy. There's been the same donut and trash laying on the floor for 2 days now.

This Dunkin has gone WAY down hill over the past couple of years. The menu board is in complete disarray and falling to pieces. Whoever is supposed to be maintaining this Dunkin is doing a terrible job. Dunkin corporate please step in and save this train wreck of a Dunkin.Despite this, I still come here for my coffee every weekday morning. At least they get that right. I'm gonna give them another star for that.P.S. The new lady running the show in the morning is on point, friendly and fast service.

This DD used to be my favorite place. I have moved to different city. Today I have drove to this place and shocked looking at it inside!! It was pathetic. Broken tiles. The rug on the floor looks as dirty and looked like 10years old. I have managed to sit at a corner eating my croissant and couldn’t stay more than 10 min, felt like sitting in a dumpster and eating !! I wish they could make this place good as before.

I don't understand how this location is still in business. Horrible service!!! They can't take an order. For example, I ordered a chocolate chip muffin and they give me a blueberry muffin. I ordered black coffee and I received coffee with sugar. The list goes on an on. I will NEVER go to this location again. It is worth waiting in line at the nearby Starbucks.

Google says that this location opens at 5am. I showed up at the drive through at 5:45am and was told to wait before ordering my food. I waited for five minutes and nobody came back on the intercom. The two cars in front of me didn’t move an inch. 5 minutes is way too long to wait just to order food, so I left. I was willing to be a few minutes late to work to get some food in my hand this morning. Now I’m late for no reason. If your employees can’t be ready to operate the restaurant 45 minutes after it’s supposed to open, maybe you should change your hours of operation. Thanks Dunkin

The Pilot store has a unique self serve Dunkin Donuts Express. When I walked in, the cheerful store manager indicted the Dark Roast (my fave) was freshly brewed! The entire store has a variety of food and products and the place exceptionally clean.
