If you are going to close before the 9pm closing time you should update your door signage and apps like Google Map to reflect the time you actually to lock the doors. While in the parking lot on way back to my car, I informed to other separate customers that you closed early. I went to get a small vanilla hot coffee and I waited 40 minutes before I asked if I could please have my coffee being that I have already waited 40 minutes. If they where busy I could have understood the wait but there was 2 people in the lobby and 1 car in the drive through ? These front of the store people need more training in customer service
