“Young white guy with ear length wavy brown hair doing prep alongside the cook was constantly coughing and sneezing. Albeit, he used his sleeve and elbow, he still shouldn’t be on the line without a mask. Made me uncomfortable so I just ordered a donut and a different employee thankfully served me. Would’ve ordered more without the potentially sick employee there.“

“I wish this locations customers would post the good experience just as fast as they post the bad. 2/4/2024 The light skin in the blue shirt with nose piercing is a W manager! Her customer service was top-tier. Kept the employees moving the drive through. I literally sat and just watched the way she kept things going so assertive but sweet! Kudos to her! The chicken wrap was well done and tasty and the buttered biscuits were ?? thanks to the boy with the braids. It looked like they were understaffed and yet blue shirt let us know they were working as fast as they could. We had questions about the options and she was very patient and pleasant and explained the menu well. The staff was very nice and friendly, good sportsman ship at this location i heard them encouraging each other on getting in a higher spot whatever that mean and i also heard them cheering another staff member off “4th place you go Jalen” well put together storeAnd well managedAs businesses are chronically understaffed across the country, let's please be sure to thank our service workers for making our lives a little less stressed. “The Pilot store has a unique self serve Dunkin Donuts Express. When I walked in, the cheerful store manager indicted the Dark Roast (my fave) was freshly brewed! The entire store has a variety of food and products and the place exceptionally clean.“

“Korean dessert cafe - coffee/ coffee alternatives, shaved ice (unique flavors), and mochi donuts. Cozy vibe. I didn't understand some of the items on the menu, but the staff was very friendly and was happy to explain. Free parking and restrooms available.“

“Wow. The best yeast - simple glazed donut that I have ever had. Soft. Fresh. Light. Perfect Vanilla taste. We are huge donut lovers/connoisseurs and these are good. Only complaint is that by mid-day all donuts except for a few simple glazed and chocolate yeast donuts were left. Will try to come by again earlier. Just yum. Well-done.“

“My go to place for doughnuts and ESPECIALLY apple fritters.They have the best apple fritters I have ever tasted and they are the main reason I go here. The fritters are also pretty large.Their glazed doughnuts are also very good, but I save my calories for the fritters.I always take my order to go, but they do have some fast food type of seating available if you want to "eat in".My experience is that the sell out of fritters by 10:30 to 11:30. They only stay open until they sell all of their stock for the day.Parking: It is in a strip mall and I have always gotten a spot within about 80 meters to the door. It seems like the other near by stores are not active in the morning.“

“Mr. A's Beignets was the desert at a wedding my wife and I attended, and I would highly recommend these beignets to anyone in the area.The beignets were cooked fast and fresh for the ~100 guests, so despite a long line at the truck, it was barely a wait. The beignets themselves were absolutely delicious. They were perfectly cooked and had a great amount of powdered sugar to top them, the perfect amount.Once the wedding was over, and Mr. A was closing down his truck, we went over to talk with him. While talking with us, he made a special to go box for us to take home to our 3 year old daughter. He made finger-beignets. Mr. A told us EXACTLY what to do to reheat them this morning, and he was absolutely correct in how to do it. My daughter loved having them for breakfast!Thank you again Mr. A! It was extremely thoughtful for you to give us that extra box and tell us how to prep it for our daughter!Whenever I see Mr. A's Beignets, I'll be stopping by. Absolutely delicious and great atmosphere/conversations from the two cooks!“

“This Rise location is best for takeout due to lack of dine in space. Otherwise, the quality of the biscuits and service from employees is great. I ordered online and arrived earlier than scheduled. It seemed quiet in this branch so the employees prepared my two biscuit order and handed it over soon after I arrived.Parking: It's in a shopping center so parking close to Rise would depend on day and time of day. It's easiest weekday mornings.“

“We tried a little bit of everything, and it was fantastic! Just a heads up, they do not have all of the donut flavors all of the time, there are six available. They were fantastic, as were the potato hot dogs! The only thing we weren't huge fans of were the drinks.“

“Delicious donuts! So light and airy with a nice crisp on the edges especially when you eat them right away! We had to take a few minutes to take everything in between the merchandise that they sell, breakfast sandwiches, milkshakes and the variety of donuts. Too bad they don't have this close to home otherwise we would come here every weekend!“

“had been a few years since I had gone to Rise. didn't realize that the entire franchise had changed..now, very few donuts and a horrible and impersonal way of ordering. the apple fritter tastes like it was baked yesterday or at the very least 5 hours ago. even Dunkin donuts might be better and that's not saying much. RISE used to have the best donuts. they were unique and tasted fresh. not so anymore. I wouldn't return. I find it weird to order on a computer and pick up your food from a box with a door on it and then they deem to suggest you tip them for....for what? making the food that they already get paid to make? it's not like they're making waitress wages. I guess they're more known now for their biscuits, but either way...I wouldn't return based solely on the ordering experience.“

“Tried Dom’s for the first time today. The bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel was phenomenal!I was disappointed at first that they don’t offer sausage, but the bacon was just fantastic. The cashier, who was super friendly, shared that the building was a Little Caesar’s before and they’re using the pizza oven, and can’t make sausage they’re happy with in it.The coffee was top notch as well. I wish there was a dining area, but with food this great, I’ll be back.“

“I don’t know what it is that makes it so, whether it be an excellent hiring process, great training, or a good working environment, but there is something extraordinary about this dunks location. I have been a customer of this location for years and the staff is always amazing. The food is always made right and fresh but even if it wasn’t I would eat whatever they delivered with a smile because of the way I am treated each time I stop by. Every person that I encounter at this location is so genuinely kind to me. This store stands apart from other Dunkin’ locations (or really any customer oriented establishment of the like) in terms of customer engagement.“
