“I like the chicken biscuits. The doughnuts are forgettable. But what I find egregious is a restaurant in the South, advertising Southern food (fried chicken, fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese, etc), that does not offer SWEET TEA. The choices here are bottled green tea or bottled tea mixed with lemonade 🤢 This location is super convenient for me, and I like the savory food, and I love that I can order ahead online, but having to stop somewhere else to get tea to go with it is what keeps me from coming here more often. If I have to go somewhere else to get sweet tea, I'll just end up getting my food somewhere else too. Come on y'all, this is the South. Y'all are based in Durham! Sweet tea is what most of us drink with fried chicken and biscuits. And besides that, brewed sweet tea offers a much higher profit margin than that bottled stuff. It costs literally just cents to brew a up a big tea urn, and you can sell it at the same price as the fountain drinks.“

“I will start out by saying, food at the airport is almost always subpar and overpriced. Dunkin has always been my safe choice. I know it's gonna be consistent. Sandwiches are simple, they just warm up some bacon. It's microwave food, but it works. Breakfast sandwich and tasty coffee for a fair price. Quick service. Near gate C17.“

“It’s my son’s 12 birthday and he didn’t want a cake, he wanted chocolate frosted Dunkin’ donuts. But after visiting two other nearby locations and finding 0 chocolate frosted donuts, the GM here said he would make a fresh batch just for us. Love this kind of customer service! Thanks Dunkin!“

“Redemption! I love a company who responds to negative feedback. Some past reviews aren't that good, including one I posted, which I now removed. I visited the store today and reciceived the best drink, food and service ever! The manager Kristin is on it and has a great team there now. The store was spotless and everyone was busy making sure everything was perfect 👌.

“Just visited RISE biscuits in Durham for a lunch sandwich and WOW - the Righteous Chicken is truly righteous. So juicy and cooked perfectly - soft, fluffy potato bun with some pickles and boom-boom sauce. This is my new go-to place when I want a chicken fix! Staff was super helpful and friendly. I ordered online and it was ready in minutes. A++++“

“Well, I have been a fan for a very, very long time. I find that Duck donuts is an exemplary way to say thank you when you have received good service or products. Recently, I had to go through some Oral Surgery. It went so smoothly and they took such good care of me - two days later I went to a local duck donuts, got a couple of dozen and they were beautifully decorated! We delivered them while they were still warm to the Oral Surgeon‘s office and they were so pleased. When the receptionist picked up the boxes, she said oh my gosh they’re still warm. They were so happy and opened the boxes and their eyes got big! I have done this before as a wonderful way to say thank you for good service. Here are some photos.
