“had been a few years since I had gone to Rise. didn't realize that the entire franchise had changed..now, very few donuts and a horrible and impersonal way of ordering. the apple fritter tastes like it was baked yesterday or at the very least 5 hours ago. even Dunkin donuts might be better and that's not saying much. RISE used to have the best donuts. they were unique and tasted fresh. not so anymore. I wouldn't return. I find it weird to order on a computer and pick up your food from a box with a door on it and then they deem to suggest you tip them for....for what? making the food that they already get paid to make? it's not like they're making waitress wages. I guess they're more known now for their biscuits, but either way...I wouldn't return based solely on the ordering experience.“

“I’ve had dine in and take out from here. The food has been good both ways. I will say it’s probably a bit crispier in store, but that’s to be expected since it’s fresh fried with sauces on it. I really like the gangjeong and the kimchi fried rice. Really nice flavoring and spice. Things are served to be more shared plate style.“

“I frequent the Chick-fil-A brand all of over the country and this is my children go to place for dinner. Tonight I went to your location in Cary. First of all the attendees outside aren’t as polite as the used to be they were concerned with group conversation not serving the customers. When I pulled up the cashier, said,”What can I get you”, no hey welcome to Chick-fil-A how may I serve you. I was shocked. I asked for two 12 counts of freshly cooked nuggets. I put an emphasis on fresh. I paid, drove to get my receipt and reiterated I wanted them fresh to that attendee. I got to window and I reiterated again to the young lady who had her hair cut very close, she said, “yes sir promise”. This was an entire lie and disappointment. This is the 2nd bad experience with this particular store. I have included the pictures in the email. After speaking to Caroline she has promised to give our family a night on her, but she never asked me my name, my phone number or asked when I was planning to come back. Totally disappointed.“

Parking: Parking around their building. Approximately 30 spaces available. Space for trucks with trailers in back, but not more than two or three at a time.“

“We just left and were quite impressed with how Paris and Frances were managing the entire dining area. The simply refreshing part is they both looked like they were totally enjoying their jobs. Before leaving, I told Frances they were both doing great jobs. She replied “We are trying. There’s two of us. Please come back and see us again!” I was so surprised. Nobody tells you that anymore. Great job Chick fil A for hiring these two!“

“The staff and management here is always welcoming, I have gotten to know quite a few of them on a first name basis and they are always friendly and kind. The food is excellent whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The drive-thru is quick and the dine in area is always clean. A nice less busy option to the one up the road in Beaver Creek (which is also a good location with polite staff).“

“We r from out of town and this was the first time we have ever been to Bojangles and the food was great.. we recommend the Mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes with gravy ..but of course the chicken was so good too“

“People say, “they have to be nice!” But you can tell when people are faking. Of course we all know food service workers aren’t always so nice. These were all nice and humble workers. I think the hiring of the team is important and they did a wonderful job in their selection and hiring for this Chick-fil-A in Raleigh.“
