The customer service at this location is horrendous. We were in the process of placing our order (picking donuts) when another employee came over and told us she was going to cash us out so they could help the people behind us. She didn't ask if we were done ordering, she just closed us out. We didn't get to order our coffees or anything else. There is a second register- not sure why that can’t be used. We were placing an order for a family- we ended up going to Starbucks...

Living in the state that doesn't have Dunkin' Donuts. It's a pleasure to have one so close to my daughters house . My online orders are done well and always a fast order through the drive-thru. Staff very friendly

This Dunkin has gone WAY down hill over the past couple of years. The menu board is in complete disarray and falling to pieces. Whoever is supposed to be maintaining this Dunkin is doing a terrible job. Dunkin corporate please step in and save this train wreck of a Dunkin.Despite this, I still come here for my coffee every weekday morning. At least they get that right. I'm gonna give them another star for that.P.S. The new lady running the show in the morning is on point,...
