Great coffee.
Love hot Annihilator
Best service ever and the server took the time to answer our questions about the drinks and also recommended that we should use their app for future purchases since you can earn rewards for your next purchase! I wish I could remember my server name but I want to say Ella not 100% positive since it’s been days that has past by. Dutch Bros Coffee is a popular drive-thru coffee shop that offers a variety of drinks, including favorites like the frozen banana bread mocha and hot lattes. Customers appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff, with mentions of personable team members who provide thoughtful service, such as ensuring drinks are easily distinguishable with different colored straws. The atmosphere is generally positive, and many customers enjoy the quality of the drinks when they receive them. However, long wait times are a common concern, with some customers experiencing waits of 15 to 45 minutes, especially during busy times or when the drive-thru is crowded with several cars. This can lead to frustration, as some feel that the slow service affects the overall experience and may not justify returning for just coffee without food. One customer expressed disappointment that Dutch Bros does not carry Clutch Coffee recipes like the base jumper or dream bar, which they miss from a previous favorite coffee shop. Despite these issues, many customers are happy to visit Dutch Bros, especially after speaking with staff who provide excellent service and a warm atmosphere. Overall, Dutch Bros Coffee is enjoyed for its friendly staff and good drinks, but long wait times can impact customer satisfaction.
